Price customer service was great

They lure you with lowest price and onec you summit your card, they would send you a confirmation email, they send another email stating something went wrong and ask to call customer service .
That's where the high pressure sale starts. Indian customer service will try to convince you that the ticket you purchase is a flexible date ticket, and would try to convince you to pay more. At that point, the price they asked will be above the price that you saw on sites like Expedia and priceline. Stay away from this guys. The customer service guy will even try to tell you that there is a disclosure on their website that all flights are flexible, which is lie. My best advice is to record your phone conversation with this guys,as a prof, in case you have to stop the payment.

I booked an emergency flight this morning due to family emergency, through Bestticketfare. an hour of booking, i received a call saying that they had to put me on standby and trying to upsell me another $200 to actually get me a ticket. i said no that's not going to work and they refused to refund me. SCAM

BAIT AND SWITCH TYPE of business!!!
I would give them 1/2star if I could. Absolute worst customer service I have ever received. I am a very accommodating person and do my best to treat others with respect. They kept me on the phone for over an hr and most of the call was conducted in the absolute most disrespectful and unprofessional manner. I have worked in Airline industry, a professional career now, and I have never received worse customer service. At one point I was told that I would have heard information that he thought he provided had I not been talking too much. Mind you the supervisor himself talked over me and constantly cut me off during the call. Definitely a bait and switch type of business. Ended up paying more than twice the amount I would've paid going with another business. This is an absolute scam of a business.

Rachel Brooks was very patient and very helpful i give her 5 starts answered all my questions with the booking and change of flight.

This was a classic "bait and switch." I booked tickets through them for one price ($140.66), and then I got a phone call saying I had to pay more than $300 in order to get those same tickets, otherwise the airline (Southwest in this case) was going to change my travel dates. When I said that I couldn't change my dates and wouldn't pay more, they said I already paid them the $140.66 and they would not refund it to me because the tickets are "nonrefundable." DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE NOT HONEST. I'm reporting them to the Attorney General's Office.
