I canceled the order 4 days ago and I didn't receive the refund yet!

UPDATE (3) 29 May: The WORSTPharmacy is not replying to any of my emails and the money is not received yet!

I’ve ordered from BestPharmacy.gr to Cyprus with DHL before (paying close to 20 EUR per delivery), and delivery always takes at least a week – not acceptable since shipping itself takes only one day. A day after my last purchase (with DHL delivery again) I received an email from BestPharmacy.gr saying “We would like to inform you that the … is temporarily out of stock and we will receive it next week. We will ship your order on the same day when we receive the products” – at the same time, the product in question is still shown as available on the BestPharmacy.gr website. I can’t imagine how a store can delay an order for weeks due to their own negligence instead of offering partial shipment or another reasonable solution!

Ich muss gestehen, ich war skeptisch. Die Preise sind einfach unschlagbar, das macht mich eigentlich immer mißtrauisch. Und dann hat sich promt eine Woche nichts getan nach der Bestellung und Bezahlung per PayPal.
Aber wie so oft im Leben hilft reden bzw eine Mail. Es hat sich herausgestellt, dass die Bestellung irgendwo im System steckte. Die Antwort war sehr nett und schnell, und wenige Tage später war meine Bestellung da. Und nicht nur die, sondern auch noch einige kleine Geschenke bzw Proben, die als Entschuldigung beigelegt wurden.
Ich bestelle wieder dort!

My order was delivered, but the letter carrier did not give me any information about who he had left it with. I asked neighbors, the next package station ...with no result. The customer service investigated for me and found out very quickly the name of the neighbor where the package was.
