I ordered from Ireland

I ordered from Ireland, the shipping was about €25, so I got the Tret gel and cream at 0.5%, so €49 altogether. It took about 5 days to arrive. I can feel the effects already, deffo gonna order again

Great customer service had an issue…

Great customer service had an issue regarding payment and contacted them . They reply so fast and they solve your problem as fast. Got my product that I got . They have great communication….thought it was a scam when they said payment failed but all you have to do is just contact them and they will assist you

Took my money and now saying failed…

Took my money and now saying failed payment even though my bank has processed this and confirmed that they have received payment.
Seems to be a scam and will be issuing a chargeback

We believe this review is based on a misunderstanding.

The order ID referenced in your communication (265813) corresponds to a failed payment attempt, which means the transaction was not completed on our system.

You also placed a separate order (ID 265815) where the payment was successfully received and the order entered normal processing. This order was scheduled for dispatch the same day.

Before we had the opportunity to clarify the situation, we received threatening messages accusing us of fraud. Due to this behavior, the order was cancelled and the payment was refunded.

We categorically reject the claim that this is a “scam”. Our store processes thousands of legitimate orders and payments through secure payment providers.

Man wartet wochenlang

Ich kann diesen Verkäufer nicht empfehlen. Nachdem ich meine Bewertung abgegeben hatte, meldete sich der Verkäufer erneut bei mir – mit unwahren und unsinnigen Aussagen. Trotz Falschlieferung und defekter Ware versucht der Verkäufer, die Verantwortung auf mich abzuwälzen und die Situation herunterzuspielen.
Rücksendekosten und Erstattungen wurden nicht korrekt übernommen, obwohl klar ist, dass der Verkäufer bei falscher Lieferung und Defekt dafür verantwortlich ist. Die Kommunikation war unnötig kompliziert und zeigte, dass Kundenzufriedenheit hier keine Priorität hat.
Fazit: Kundenservice und Umgang mit Problemen entsprechen nicht den Mindeststandards. Ich kann von Bestellungen bei diesem Verkäufer nur abraten.

We would like to clarify that part of the returned products were opened and used. As these are personal care items, once opened they cannot be resold or refunded due to hygiene regulations.

The refund was processed strictly in accordance with our Terms & Conditions. All eligible items were refunded, including the outbound shipping cost. The return shipping fee, as stated in our policy, is the responsibility of the customer.

We always aim to handle every case transparently and fairly. If the customer would like a detailed breakdown again, we remain available to provide it directly.

Unexpected perfect delivery

Hi, I read all the negative comments and I approched to this on line shop carefully and with many doubts and suspicious. With my suprise, I have bought some products, they have been perfectly shipped with BRT courier, I have paid cash on delivery and package was in very good conditions with inside the products I have orderded in perfect conditions.
I am very satisfy for quick delivery also

Tevreden klant

Ik heb inmiddels twee bestellingen geplaatst en ik ben super tevreden. Producten zijn authentiek en niet te duur. Kies vooral voor de goedkoopste verzendoptie zoals ik heb gedaan, in beide gevallen had ik mijn bestelling binnen enkele dagen in huis. Bij vragen kun je eenvoudig contact opnemen via whatsapp, ik kreeg er super snel antwoord. 10/10 service en producten. Ik ga hier in te toekomst weer bestellen.
