The extension rod fell off within…

The extension rod fell off within seconds and does fit to stay on for any longer.
The bristles get everywhere and give you more work to clear them up. Good idea but poorly manufactured

Very efficient

Very efficient. I had to phone to check something and I spoke to a person straight away, who dealt with the query and reassured me that all was well. Brilliant. Delivery was very quick and ahead of schedule.
