I have given this seller full marks as the battery I purchased from them was an hard to come-by item as the manufacturers no longer produced the phone . Also they where the only sellers in the UK that could supply it. Plus the price including P/P was very competitive.

I ordered a replacement battery for a harmony elite remote, and I received a very good service from bestbattery.biz

I had a few questions about my order, which they answered promptly and in a very friendly manner. I will use them again when I need another battery.

Went online looking for Lumix BLJ31 batteries and found BESTBATTERY had the best deal. Battery quality is as good as the Lumix originals. Customer Service also good... items so good I purchased the same batteries again.

I ordered a battery that despite postal delays got delivered in very good time.they were very helpful with the queries I had.would definitely recommend and use again.

Update, I eventually received my battery and is on charge as I pen this review. Communication from the company leaves a lot to be desired, I did not receive confirmation of my order from the company , only my PayPal info,

Needed a replacement battery pack for my Bosch cordless drill, great vfm much cheaper than OE. Fits and works perfectly. Great service. Would highly recommend.

Ordered the battery (which got held up due to the postal strike ) hopefully my son will fit it for me today ,at a good price ,one of the same make was £11 more than the one I obtained from Best battery.Edit to add (05/01/23), I took my phone shop and the supplied battery to the local phone to have the battery fitted to my phone as the face of a Linivo has to be taken off to be fitted , the shop found I had been supplied with the wrong battery , I emailed Best battery before Christmas but have not received any reply to my email, now going to pursue via Paypal as the goods are not fit for purpose.

Very good communications and quick deliver of a difficult to obtain battery

Ordered a battery on 3rd November due for delivery 8-10th November, as per lead time shown on site and in e mail confirmation.
This never arrived and my attempts to contact the company met with SILENCE. I am left to conclude that they have no intention of conversing with you once they have your money.
I have contacted Pay Pal to escalate my complaint and make sure that I am refunded. In the meantime, I ordered the item from a UK Amazon site, and the battery arrived in 24 hours.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE COWBOYS

Absolutely shambolic service from this company. Ordered a battery for a thermostat. I placed the order. I didn't get a order confirmation. Emailed twice but no response. Opened a PayPal case after over a week over the delivery estimate (states on website) , at the last minute bestbattery gave tracking details however the item was delivered to the wrong address,an absolute nightmare as we have been without heating.thankfully PayPal closed the case in my favour but these guys havent got a clue.DO NOT BUY FROM BESTBATTERY.BIZ

Ordered a battery for my old Kindle. Best battery was easy to contact and to deal with. The battery was a genuine product and I would certainly use them again.

I don't normally write reviews but I feel compelled to in this case . This is the first time i have used best battery but it won't be the last . The battery I ordered ( GPS watch ) was delivered promptly as promised and i have now installed - all working perfectly . .

I purchased a battery online for my father who has a Flip recorder. There was no communication initially I I didn't receive the battery. I contacted Best Battery Biz and they soon replied and advised that a battery would be sent (no explanation why I didn't get one at first). It came within a couple of days, but when I placed it in the camera to charge, it would not charge. I tried multiple times, with different chargers, but no joy. I got in touch with them again, and just got told that the battery had been issued to me (no acknowledgement or apparent understanding that the battery was actually defective). I explained this to them and have heard nothing more since, despite attempting to contact them numerous times. Fortunately I paid via PayPal, so have now entered the dispute process, and am hopeful of receiving my money back, or a battery that actually works.

Based upon my experience, I would not recommend using this company.
