Steer clear of these jokers. Failed to deliver battery then blatantly ignore all correspondence. I’d be highly surprised if this isn’t another company just pretending to be in the UK and shipping from china. PayPal dispute now raised, as it is the only hope of getting a refund. Their failure to reply to any negative reviews tells you everything about this company.

Found the battery and company online. Ordered the battery which came as per the estimated delivery. Battery installed and working so very happy with the service.

Battery ordered 17th Jan, had a delivery date between 23 and 26th Jan, still not received, emailed company and sent delivery info still heard nothing. Very poor service.

Struggled to get a replacement battery, avoiding overseas companies- Asia in particular - because of delivery issues and resolution issues, but options from Google were not much use. Found this company, based in UK. Apart from the fact that it was caught in the Xmas/Strike problems, happy with the service and responses, and battery easily installed and working.

Really bad customer service. Ordered a Iwatch battery. It never arrived. Sent several emails over 3 weeks. Only 1 was answered. Phone number just rings out. Website stated battery in stock ready to dispatch. This was not true. Never received battery and had to chase numerous times. Eventually received refund but took some doing.I only gave one star as no option to leave no stars.
