THE WORST COMPANY AND EXPERIENCE! My dad Ordered flooring 18th of march, got 2 different delivery dates and nothing has been delivered, no response to emails etc. When requested a refund got a reply within seconds and was given a load of crap about there being a delay due to Easter, storm etc (with lack of communication) and was promised free underlay and to choose a delivery date where it will definitely be delivered. Picked today (17th), emailed on Monday saying I need confirmation it will definitely be delivered Wednesday as need to sort a day off at work, no reply to 2 emails, no answer to calls, today is the 17th and no delivery as expected. Please please avoid at all costs as now we have 2 wasted annual leave days and over £900 of money no where to be seen. AVOID

I am really sorry about this. Can I confirm this is for the flooring order please as the name does not match anything on the orders and I can see this was a delivery planned in for today. I have wrote to you via email since. We have answered emails throughout though.
Our suppliers have really let us down and the information I passed on was relayed back from them to us to book in delivery. The only comment I got back was that unfortunately we are an importer and we cannot control everything in regards to shipping. We do incur a lot of delays. The stock is due in tomorrow now but that does not help that you have taken a day off. I cannot apologise enough. We should not have had that given to you and this should have been communicated a lot better.

Please do not order from this company, and I’m going to keep writing reviews like I have been to make as many people aware, £600 spent back in December and still we have received nothing, ignoring all emails, never answer when you call, never call back when you request one, delivery dates kept changing it’s now April…. We was told they had it and still nothing…. Have called trading standards and they are looking into this so called “ business “ please do not fall for the 5 star reviews as all of them seem to be only leaving reviews for this business..funny that.

Absolutely shocking experience, order placed early Jan, number of promises made, cost us thousands in penalties from the project not being completed as a result. No way to contact other then email and thats when they decide to reply. Owner has contacted us promised a delivery today but clearly thats not going to happen so we have to ask the credit card company to get the monies back. What should have been a simple process has turned into a nightmare

My poor 86 year old nan ordered a wardrobe from this company BACK IN DECEMBER! Wardrobe has still not arrived and I haven’t heard from the company at all, I just think it’s disgusting that you’ve taken advantage of a elderly lady!!! Was quick to take the money but not deliver the product, tried emailing no answer and tried phoning them NO ANSWER EITHER!!!

Hello, if it’s one of the sliding door wardrobes, the lead times are typically 6 weeks but because of the delays with containers arriving ( globally ) due to the impacts out in the red seas a lot of stock is stuck on longer lead times. Each customer has been advised if this. Please let us know the order number and we can act accordingly. We don’t take advantage of anyone and we have sent emails to each customer so
It may have been missed at your end. Let us know and we will reach back out with an update

Ordered chairs on 25th of Jan , We have gotten update that they ate not in stock yet advertised on website and told delivery is going to arrive at there warehouse on the 8th and they will ring to arrange delivery , never happened.
I had wrote multiple emails and getting reply „sorry was busy” „sorry just catching with my emails” „I will update in the morning” then again no update , I do get the red sea situation but its beyond joke that the company is not giving any updates on their own even worse when you ask what is going on you get a delaying response. Outrageous.

Hello, sorry. My email response came moments after I missed you on the live chat. I sent it as soon as i seen you go offline. Happy to say the chairs have finally arrived with delivery now being arranged.
Think twice before buying anything from this company
AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE
Ordered a door in early December 2023. No receipt of goods despite promises of delivery. They claimed to have made contact with me to arrange delivery. This was a blatant lie as no such contact was made. My suspicions were aroused and I reported them to trading standards. In early Feb I cancelled the order and requested refund to which they replied requesting bank details! I wasn't prepared to hand them bank details so requested a refund to my card to which they agreed. By March there was still no refund nor any contact made (despite their claims below - this is a lie). There were no missed calls or emails, despite their claims below. They also claimed to have attempted a refund to my card which was bounced. Today they are asking for bank details again to process the refund! Fingers crossed I'll get my money back from this dubious outfit. I'll be getting in touch with trading standards again and my bank to request return of my money. Judging by the number of similar number complaints on Trustpilot, it appears that this company is highly negligent.

The 3rd email has been sent today and also responding to this in the hope you see it? I have also called your mobile ending 694 on several occasions as this has been pending since the emails sent from the 13th Feb. Please reply today so we can finalise this for you Calling us scammers is defamation. Just provide the details as requested. It will take 5 minutes to do.

Avoid this company at all costs! Ordered and paid in full for 1 wardrobe on 26th December 2023 and have not received anything. I have emailed and phoned on numerous occasions but get no response. I have lost £550 to this company who don't seem to care. Am now in the process of contacting trading standards.

good afternoon
This is due to be received into the warehouse on Monday 26th. We are arranging delivery for week commencing 4th and will be confirmed by the early part of next week. Apologies for the unexpected lead times. They’re normally a 6 week lead time as displayed on the website at the point of order. However a lot of freight has been impacted as you can see from the update below on your email trail.
We process ed your order on the 8th January when the suppliers reopened following the shutdown over the Christmas and new year period. The lead times have gone over by just over a week, sorry for this but it is hand and due to be with you soon.

Not received order for wardrobe that’s was supposed to be delivered over a week ago! Company have ignored my emails, my online contact form & phone calls. I like to be fair & understanding that there’s delays sometimes but absolutely nothing from them what so ever. In total I’ve tried to contact them 5 times. You can’t speak to anybody their end.
They have given me no update or contacted me or responded in anyway. So disappointed & now over £600 down. I’ve had to dispute with the bank. AVIOD COMPLETEY.

My sincere apologise for the delays with this. Yes the expected dates were anticipated t be around the 13th however this has been delayed. We are currently experiencing prolonged lead times on most of our deliveries due to the ongoing backlog of arrivals into the ports which is unfortunately well published on news channels. Unfortunately, we only receive updates regarding delays at short notice. Please be assured we are monitoring the situation daily to ensure minimal disruptions and keep everybody updated with the latest information as soon as possible. The wardrobe has arrived into the warehouse yesterday following lengthy delays coming off the porte
and up to the warehouse. Delivery can be now scheduled for you. Deliveries are now made by panther logistics and arranged by them once they collect from the distribution centre which is booked in with you. Apologies for the delay . They are normally on a standard 3 week lead time. This has gone over by over a week from receipt of order. Al I able to proceed with your order?
