Ordered 6 doors back on 17th feb and not recieved them, I was told id receive an email confirming delivery but nothing. I haven't heard from the company since and now I need to go to the bank to get my money back! Stay away from this company!

I ordered 3 doors on 14Feb25 order #1147 and got a quick confirmation email. Since then nothing. Phone number has recorded message 'can't receive calls' and no response to emails. I have taken to this platform as a last resort before raising a dispute with my credit card company.
Edit: Within hours of posting this review at 1* I got an email response saying logistics have been texting me to arrange delivery. I have not received any texts and the email order conf quoted my correct tel#. Anyway they now promise delivery next week. I have now uprated this review from one to two star, I'll update this review as and when.

We ordered a pair of doors from bestatdoors. After a while we were informed that our doors were due to be delivered. We waited in all day no doors. After emailing the company we were informed our door would be delivered the following week again we waited in all day and no doors. The biggest problem is there is no operational telephone number, they say the will email / call you back but do not. The communications are abysmal and then they just stop communicating at all. Do not use if you want a reliable door delivery company.

I ordered Chester of draws on the 11/11/24 which I haven’t recieved after constant emails and phone calls nobody gets back to you until I put a review on here few weeks ago promising they would sort it which they haven’t have now asked for money back which they have ignored would not recommend them at all

ABSOLUTE SCAM! They operate under a number of different names. Order taken by Best at Doors, payment made to Sethcohomestores, after countless demands, a minor refund of about £360 made for a £1,360 order made by J W Hardware Ltd. I dare say they write their own positive reviews. Click on the 1 star to get the truth. BEWARE! I shall be trying to get the balance back through the small claims court but shall be reporting them to trading standards and Companies House. They need to be struck. Worst experience in 30 years of being in this business. How dare they take money from small businesses. They will just fob you off with excuses and false promises. The fact the telephone number doesn't work should have raised the red flag! STAY AWAY!

AVOID - ITEMS NEVER ARRIVE
I ordered a door on 21 Nov and foolishly paid £239.47 via bank transfer to receive a 5% discount (never again). I initially received an email order confirmation stating that delivery would be within two weeks. I heard nothing and tried contacting Bestatdoors a few weeks later, all emails or phone calls were unanswered. The phone answer machine directs you to the online chat help. I finally got a reply there that the order would be delivered '6th-8th January' nothing arrived. Since then there has been constant weak excuses and false promises of delivery via the online chat.
Filter Trustpilot by 1 star and you will see all the negative results. I suspect the positive reviews are either fake or they run part of their business legitimately whilst scamming anybody who paid via bank transfer.
INGORE the reply they will add to this review, I have NEVER recieved a phone call from them (I have checked and my correct number was on the order confirmation). I have contacted then three time by email this week, asking for a delivery or refund, I have NOT recieved a repIy. I suspect BestAtDoors.co.uk is a fraudulent website.
My message to BestAtDoors is, I really hope you get what you deserve, I will be reporting you for fraud.

Placed order 17th January, paid in full, order still not received. Terrible company, no way to speak to them on the phone, they aren't good at replying to e mails. I don't hold out much hope of receiving my order
Don't order from this company it you want to receive your order.

Company e mailed me the same response as below - however no refund of delivery charge and definitely no delivery has been recieved as of yet - both of which were promised below

I ordered a wardrobe on 27th January. Tried ringing regarding delivery, message says cannot take call. Emailed twice and no reply.
I would either like a wardrobe or a fund.
A very disappointed customer.

John has since contacted me 27th February 2025, with regards to the wardrobe being in stock at the end of February, although no exact date has been given for delivery to myself.

John could you please reply to my email dated 2nd March. Regarding delivery of my wardrobe. If not able to deliver I would like a refund.
This wardrobe was paid for on 27th January 2025.

Please be very wary of using this company. Ordered doors and door furniture. Had to chase my order. Very reluctant to give any information. Day of supposed delivery got a message to say not turning up actually halfway through time slot! Company this man says use their own delivery fleet have never heard of him and had no record of any order booked to deliver to me. With the help of the bank I have my money back but it became very clear from contradicting emails that no order was ever going to be delivered. No address on website and telephone number will not accept calls. BUT you will get lots of flimsy excuses by email! Please be aware and read similar experiences on here relating to this “company”! I wish I had!

Scammer beware!!! he will take your money and won't deliver anything to you

Ordered on 1st December. Chased in January as no item had arrived and received an email saying that orders would be sent out on 6th Jan. Nothing has turned up and the company has not responded to x3 email chases. Cant reach the number on the website. Feel like my cash has been stolen

Further to my previous I am still without communication or my money for the refund.
I've filed a small claims court application that wasn't responded to. This has now progressed to a CCJ.
Do not use this company. Read all the reviews before proceeding. You will not get your goods or money.

I bought a frameless / invisible door from Best At Doors and really pleased with the results. John couldn’t have been more helpful in making sure the door was right for the room too, advising me on sizes and checking in regularly during delivery to make sure everything arrived ok.

Do not buy anything from them!! They will take you’re money then send you on a wild goose chase, pretending as though they plan on delivering you items

Item not received and have been trying to get a refund for 3 months now, to no avail.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Con man this is a fraud website takes your money and nothing arrives also no phone lines or anyway to get hold of them

Any one looking to buy from this company I would just say try calling them the number is just a recorded message the guy just strings you along for weeks and still nothing hoping to get Amex fraud team on this website

Con man !!!! do not use. phone lines cut off, replies with bullshit messages and doesn't issue refunds even after confirming he will via email. The bloke is a con man going by the name of John. Utter scum.

8 months down the line and still waiting for my money.

Agreed with the small claims that he owes me the money and told them he would send it. Failed to send my money so CCJ requested, since has sent a partial refund but still waiting for the rest of my money and has ignored any emails since.

Avoid this company and his sister companies at all cost, all a scam

Originally wasn't happy with delivery service but Bestatdoor rectified this and communicated new delivery time. Product arrived well and just as described. Very good quality item. Only four stars because of the hiccup with receiving the items
