Diese Firma ist nicht zu empfehlen, auf Mails wird nicht geabtwortet. Schlechte deutsche Übersetzung des Shops. Eine Rücksendung der Ware war bis jetzt noch nicht möglich.

Customer placed an order on April 3rd and emailed us on April 5th asking to return the order he had just received. We responded to the email within a few hours asking for a reason as to why a product return had been requested, not having been provided with any. We require a minimum of information before we can issue a return. Until today we had not heard back from them.
The customer has today responded telling us that they have ordered the product in error. People do make mistakes and we are happy for them to return these products to us. We have therefore sent a returns form and will refund the customer upon receipt of the goods.
EXCELLENT SERVICE
Oustanding customer service: they reply to mail quickly and make all efforts to satisfy the client.

Good service, prompt delivery.
Bought 20 refurbished phones and received them promptly. Nicely packages, although the horns had some user dirt on them still. Salesperson on phone was very good and friendly.

We've had dealings with Best4Systems before so this really is an easy review to write.
Having signed a lease for a new office, one of our chief concerns was the communications infrastructure.
The office came with a BT Versatility phone system box installed but there were no phone handsets and the system was not live.
The guys at Best4Systems advised on the functionality of the system, what we needed handset-wise, gave us a great quote and then on payment, delivered the items to us the next day.
A sterling service from a very professional and industry-savvy outfit. Would always reccommend to any business acquaintances.
