Super service, lovely people to deal with, but if I'm honest, was disapointed with the quality of the awning carpet :(

Very pleasant experience

Ordered a groundsheet over the phone. The person I spoke to was very helpful and dealt with the order politely.
My delivery arrived two days later and I couldn't be happier.

Kent traveller chairs

I was originally sent the wrong chairs but it was delt with quickly and politetly and received the right chairs as soon as wrong ones were sent back, more than pleased with the service received.Thank you.

Ideal for our purpose

The size of this carpet 360cm X 260cm was fine for our tent but was a bit surprised as it appears to be a Second, with several fibres frayed out like loose threads and where carpet has been joined the fabric shades are different. I think it would be better to have the listing showing it as a Second if that is what it is. The carpet is nice to handle and easy to put in place and also to fold back up making it great when we go camping, it has made the living area nice and warm. We have full sewn in ground sheet and this gives it some protection too.

The Kampa Filey 6 Carpet arrives with us direct from Kampa (Brand New) in boxes of 3. Our web order department then pick these items directly from the boxes and wrap them ready for dispatch.

We are glad to hear that you like the feel and warmth of the carpet as it definitely gives the tent a more “homely” feel. However, If you are not entirely happy with the quality of the carpet please do not hesitate to contact our store on 01933 272699.
