Don't even waste your time like I did.
Brought a BBQ for £450 got it home to build dent in the panel. Called was asked to bring the panel back to replace which they did and 40min round trip for me. Problem number 2 went to put the panel on and manufacture has spot welded in wrong place. Called again asked to send pictures was then asked to come again and swap this panel. Which was firm no from me manager offered me £10 towards fuel which is just insulting after being once already. I returned the BBQ and got refund. Poor customer service expecting customers to come back and forth.

The screw head was to big the bar was welded in the wrong place loosing any fixings prior to this wouldn't prevent the outcome. Unless the members of your team used different M6 screw to one the ones you provided also the washer was catching . I have lots of pictures to prove this!

Great suite for my garden with good quality materials. Delivery was amazing too I ordered on the Saturday and it was here Monday morning. Also Jack the delivery man was so kind and helpful to me as I was here alone he helped me carry it into my garden and explained thoroughly how to put some of the bits together, BestBuys you should be proud of him 😊

We always go to Best Buys for our hot tub and garden furniture needs. The staff are friendly, informed and knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble, they'll even carry big garden armchairs downstairs for you to try if you can't manage the stairs. Always only a phone call away for any hot tub queries, large or small, and completely helpful. Delivery service is great, again nothing is too much trouble. Thanks to Jack for going way and beyond by helping to move our old furniture before putting the new set together. The name says it all, so don't be put off by them being a B&M alternative. They're not. A tad more expensive yes, but the quality is fab. Our hot tub has been going steadily for 7 years and we expect our new curved sofa lounge/dining set to be sitting on the deck for many many years to come.

Visited Bestbuys in search of some garden furniture they have a great selection and different styles so spoilt for choice and ended up with a great out door set with table looks amazing thank you Jack for the help and advice and a prompt delivery

Staff were helpful and took our order. Delivery was very quick with the driver and his mate unboxing everything and took packaging away. Delivered to the back garden, all very well done.

We were given a recommendation to visit Bestbuys as we were looking to replace our garden furniture. On arrival we were pleased to see the amount of chairs and table sets that were available, we had a good look round and asked a few questions that was answered in a knowledgeable and honest way. We found a set that we liked and the guy we talked to was very pleasant and very knowledgeable and was very honest in all areas that we asked. We decided to go ahead and buy the set we liked. Delivery was out of their normal area but was not a problem. We received a call the day after to advise us of the delivery day which was going to be Monday They gave us a delivery window which was fine but the window clashed with a commitment we had not a problem and changed to accommodate us. On the day of delivery the driver phoned to give us an ETA and upon arrival he was very professional and even had the table made up for us. He gave us some advice on how to store and use the furniture which was very helpful. All the packaging was removed and we were left with our table and chairs. The whole affair was excellent and would recommend to anybody that is looking for some garden furniture at a sensible price without affecting the quality of the goods. All in all 5 stars from end to end. Thank you.

I have bought a lot of garden furniture from Bestbuys in the past 12 months and I have been very impressed by their range, product knowledge and overall customer service. Jack has been particularly helpful. The store contains a huge range of things for the outdoors, making it well worth a visit.

I cannot fault the experience of shopping for a new hot tub with these guys at all! Faultless and stress free from the moment we stepped in the shop when Jon introduced himself, to arranging delivery and the delivery itself, to the moment Carl powered up the tub and ran through set up and maintaining.
