Bought two sets of garden furniture last summer. Fast delivery and a great service.

Only just joined Trustpilot but shopped here about 2 years ago and always wanted to talk about the exceptional service we had, had trouble with out bbq and couldn't be more helpful, forget the chaps name but think he was the manager, went above and beyond, please shop here, it's local, support this family business. Placed an order and a £500 deposit for a hot tub back in July on the understanding it would be delivered early September. Electrics fitted, base fitted, decking all planned and all good to go. As we are very excited we rang at the end of August to enquire how to pay the remaining balance and confirm the date of delivery to be told it hasn't even been built yet. After being built it has to be shipped to the UK, tested and then sent on to us. Late October if we are lucky.

It's not so the much the broken promise and late delivery, it's the fact we had to call them. If it hasn't been built as of today and it has to be shipped from a different continent it is never going to be here early September. All hot tub parties cancelled for next month...

On a positive note I rang four dedicated hot tub suppliers and two of them can supply same or better specification tubs for the same price guaranteed in September.

I just had purchased a Gazebo Canopy - an item that would fit perfectly my freshly landscape garden, and it turned up to be a piece of the highest quality! My entire family loved it and we can see where the summer dinners and weekends would be spent!
