We are a Birmingham training and coaching company working across corporate teams, universities and sport, and our website had fallen well behind the business. Deen brought us in and put us with his partner Kris, who ran the project. Kris told us plainly what was weak about the old site, which not every agency will do, then rebuilt it around our three audiences so a corporate buyer and a university lead each land somewhere that speaks to them. His communication was the standout. Every request came back quickly, and no edit was ever too small to bother with.
The parts we value most were not in the original brief. BespokeWorks have developed their own back-end tools that scan the UK public-sector contract feeds every morning, and they tuned one to our niche, employability, skills, personal development, coaching and leadership. We now see live opportunities in our sector that we had no realistic way of finding before. They have also taken on the side of the business we were never going to get to ourselves, setting up our Google Business Profile and our listings on the platforms our buyers actually use, and writing and managing our blog so we build organic visibility rather than waiting on referrals. It is early on that side, but it is being run properly and we can see the plan behind it. Bespoke by design, exactly as they promised.
