Do not order from Bershka! Placed an order on Tuesday. I have paid for my item to be delivered between Thursday & Friday and have received an email that it will be delivered on Saturday. Considering I will be on a plane saturday morning!! Also, I have had to get it delivered to a different address, as they could not find my postcode (and no it is not a new build) So angry!!!!!
Awful customer service
Awful customer service. My parcel is missing - they said they were going to start an investigation and get back to me via email. 5 days after I’m chasing the progress no expectation management given and the agent just closed my chat straight away without an explanation. All I got was “Unfortunately we do not have a deadline to resolve cases because each case is completely different from each other. We will contact you once we have a resolution. Have a nice day! Thank you for contacting Bershka.”
So am I just supposed to wait indefinitely? And what about the money I paid to them? How rude closing the chat just like that

Dernierement, nous avons commandé et payé en.ligne un.jean Skater affiché à 39,99 euros.
Lorsque nous l'avons recupéré, l'etiquette affichait 29,99. Depuis, je demande le.remboursement de la difference et le service client Berska ne répond absolument rien. J ai relancé l'équipe à 3 reprises sans aucune réponse.
Je trouve cela tres.peu professionel et je ne trouve pas juste d avoir payé le jean plus chere que sur son etiquette.

Hopeless customer services facilities. They have such restricted hours when they are available to 'help' via WhatsApp- that actually changed from 21:00 to 17:00 while I was communicating to them.
Asking to speak to an agent takes 45 minutes of waiting by which time you have given up, and they close the discussion because you are not there!

They lost a £139 transaction due to the fact that there customer service is shocking. Had an issue at the till when trying to pay. Tried 6 times between two phones but because we didn't have APPLE PAY it wasn't working. Absolutely shocking not everyone can afford to have an iPhone. It was our problem we got told yet when we went next door to NEXT it worked Absolutely fine and had been all day previous to this too.
We found really nice jackets too and an outfit for a night out but sadly wasn't meant to be because of the till/payment situation. We'll hold it for 24hours he said that would be useful mate if it didn't cost me 30quid to get to Edinburgh in the first place....won't be entertaining them again

The most shocking service I have ever known from an online retailer. Ordered 2 sizes & just want to return one. Website return doesn’t work. No reply via email. WhatsApp not working, no reply on messenger. 5 phone calls later still trying to complete the return. Have had agents hang up. Will never purchase online again!
Worst customer service EVER
Made a large order that was supposed to be here by a certain date, it didn’t arrive to i tried to contact customer service. Their online chat doesn’t work, their whatsapp doesn’t let you speak to anyone and their phones are down. I emailed and it’s been 12 days and I’ve had nothing back. I tried to re purchase the order and pay for next day delivery as after waiting two weeks I really wanted the items and shock it hasn’t even been dispatched despite paying £5 delivery and no one will contact me.

Hace años que soy cliente online de ellos.
Lunes 10 de octubre fue mi cumpleaños.
Quería hacer una compra online y me envían el código de descuento por mi cumpleaños.
Mi sorpresa es que no sirve ni funciona me pongo en contacto con ellos me dicen que les envíe captura de pantalla del problema lo hago .
Pasan los días llamo cada día y la respuesta si si hoy le enviamos el código nuevo y nada cada día igual.
Así pasan los días y claro luego te dicen que ya paso tu cumpleaños hace tiempo ni codigo ni nada VERGONZOSO.
Me siento estafado y engañado por Berska así ya perderán más clientes porque ya mi pareja familia y mi grupo Nadie comprara.

oggi i ragazzi sono fissati con quei 3 negozi, tra cui va di moda berska. Un furto legalizzato per jeans, maglie che hanno solo a che fare con una moda, ma che hanno ben poco di moda! Ho preso a mia figlia un pantalone nero a zampa di elefante, una camicia orrenda a quadri, una maglia sotto al bigolo per la cifra di 100 euro totali. Premetto erano soldi regalati a mia figlia, ma troppo cara per i giovani.
So disappointed with them
So disappointed with them, ordered 3 sweatshirts and one turns up with the security tag still attached. Contacted Customer Service who asked me to either go to the store which I was not going to do as it is 10 miles away and I would have to pay car parking etc.
I explained that I wanted a replacement not a refund, so they sent me a returns label and assured me that once I posted it and sent them the 'proof of posting' they would send a replacement straight out to me.
I followed these instructions and mailed them and got a standard reply, we have received your email and will get back to you.
I called them twice and asked when will my replacement be sent out, they did not seem to know what would happen.
Today I get an email saying they have refunded my money, so I called Customer Service and they said to order it again I pointed out to them would this incur a postage charge and they said they did not know. It does!!!

I am disappointed with the customer service and quality of the goods from Berska.
I purchased a body suit from the Edinburgh store while on holiday in Scotland.
When I got the item home, I found it to be faulty.
I contacted Berska customer service and asked if I could return to the on line store and get a replacement.
I was basically told tough, you need to return it in store (nearest one 130 miles away).
Buyers beware - check your item as poor quality and the after care is appalling.
Such a shame.
Poor customer service, rude lady and still not received goods
Very frustrated as purchased goods, as they state 1-2days delivery (Items purchased last week) yet I have still not received my goods.
After calling customers services and speaking to a lady, it has made me even more frustrated. She made an excuse being it takes longer because of the sale, and did not receive a simple apology or compassion on this matter. This lady also had a very poor attitude, speaking over me, laughing at me as I asked what department I have called also how they will let me know what’s happening with my order. She also just said ‘exactly’ to every question I asked about how this will be rectified. As well as palming off the fact my order had not even left the warehouse with no cares given. Terrible customer service.
Very very shocked at the customer service of the lady. Unsure I am able to say her name on here but if berska would like to know I’m happy for them to contact me, to give this individual more customer service training.
If you are unable to uphold 1-2days delivery then please highlight this on your website, order confirmation or even a follow up email would be good. This is my first purchase with yourselves and likely the last due to lack of compassion from customer services, inability to uphold delivery times and generally poor service so far. I purchased the goods from here as I needed them quickly for the weekend.

Scrivo per raccontare l'esperienza assolutamente negativa avuta con BERSKA. Dopo aver acquistato dei capi di abbigliamento on line, mi sono accorta che la taglia di alcuni pantaloni non era idonea per me. Ho allora deciso di restituire i capi attraverso il servizio UPS messo a disposizione sul sito. Il materiale è regolarmente ritirato ma da allora (novembre 2020) Berska non ha restituito i soldi, ne proposto un cambio. Dopo varie insistenze, si capisce che gli operatori del call center non ti possono risolvere nulla, sembrerebbe che nonostante la ricezione dei capi sia avvenuta, non se li trovano più, e nessuno autorizza il rimborso. Ho chiesto che almeno mi rispondessero attravero una mail, altrimenti sembra che io non abbia fatto nulla: niente. Ho solo le registrazioni delle telefonate. Pessima esperienza, da non ripetere, sconsigliato.
