I had some struggles with the bookings, but the Beroomers- Team was incredibly helpful. They answered all my questions immediately and supported me with everything.

They are not the real agency you'll be sent to. I booked through them, and they were really Oh My Room who have the worst reviews and reputation of stealing deposits and worst customer service ever! I got stolen all my money from my room the first week I moved in due to negligence from the agency who left a set of keys of all the rooms at everyone's disposition when showing the apartment and obviously I did not know this. This should have never happened and they never answer calls or emails. They have a terrible reputation of not giving back deposits especially to internationals.

Desde el inicio me ayudaron bastante. Sobre todo Juan O. Muy servicial y atento a mis dudas. Excelente servicio. No dudaría en recomendar beroomers con mis amigos.

Beroomers es una plataforma muy eficiente y efectiva, a comparación de otras agencias, beroomers acompaña al cliente en todo el proceso de reservación, desde las dudas mínimas que se generen, hasta el momento de escoger finalmente el alojamiento.

Es un timo, ellos son la plataforma web, en Valencia alquilan las habitaciones de una inmobiliaria con 800 habitaciones; muebles rotos, persianas que no funcionan y sucias para dejártelo de sobra. No te dan la llave hasta que no has pagado fianza, honorarios y alquiler del mes completo. Luego allí nadie sabe nada, la inmobiliaria que la habitación es lo que es que si Beroomers mintió, ese no es su problema. Beroomers que mientras que esté habitable ellos no responden. Que es habitable? no contestan, me imagino que será sin ratones o chinches. Aunque no lo se
Tenéis mucha cara, llevo 7 días reclamando sin una solución. Hemos tenido que pasar a escritos porque cada día contáis una cosa. Ahora dices que estáis intentando solucionar?

My son has been in contact with them. He booked an room and 48h laters Beroomers took the fees and booking amount. Issue is that the landlord never replied to perform the check in which lead my son to be without any room during 8 days.. after that Beroomers tried to protect only the landlord, instead finding a solution and reimbursing the funds .. they just give phone numbers and blabla from the customer service. It is unacceptable... and totally in contradiction with their general conditions. Never utilise them!!!

Find accommodation in a popular foreign city was one of the most stressful situation I have ever been in. But Beroomers had such a large offering of accommodation and there customer service is outstanding. All my questions and queries where answered thoroughly and in a short time period. The company genuinely wants to help you find accommodation and provides productive support and guidance along the way

Up until now it has been really nice, Cristian helped me really well in the chat, and the landlord was really quick!:)

Beroomers Madrid has just left me homeless. I need to move in the next 48 hours, and thought that I had a reservation with them, but they claim that the landlord rejected my application. I waited two days for confirmation, and never heard from them, and it took me three tries to get ahold of someone today. Avoid this company at all costs.

Personal muy amable en atención telefónica.
En mi opinión deben mejorar el horario de disponibilidad telefónica y la agilidad en el pago, así como en la resolución de problemas.
Un servicio de atención 24h inclusive los fines de semana sería de gran ayuda.

Excelente pagina y fácil de usar para buscar habitaciones. Y ofrecen una gran ayudar a todas tus consultas. La recomiendo
