Do not buy the Tricion
Do not buy the Tricion Resist frying pan. It seems designed to actually make food stick and provides no heat distribution whatsoever. It ruins eggs any style, including omelets, no matter the amount of cooking fat. it leaves burnt and uncooked areas on a cutlet over medium heat, and it you’re seeking an even sear on a steak, forget it.. Expect if half burnt and half grey. It seems they were trying to reverse engineer Hexclad without engineers, or a decent aluminum core. And the cooking surface? An abomination disguised as high tech. I feel ripped off by a company I used to trust, and as an accomplished cook, there are no pointers or tips that can save these pans. They are the worst pans I have ever used, and have ruined theit last meal. Next stop? The trash.
