I am using BeReady to get into teaching at Primary level.
I am using BeReady to get on to the pathway of teaching in Primary School education.
Since starting the course in September I have nothing but positive feedback to give. The course is well designed with learners in mind, interactive and engaging. The support from my skills coach - Natasha Lewis is second to none. There is consistent support on hand should I need it.
The initial meetings to enroll on the course were informative and supportive.

SEND Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship
Sarah Morgan has to be the best assessor Iv ever had and Iv done a lot of courses over my education training. She is so supportive and always there to encourage even the smallest wins. I wouldn’t have got to the end of the course with out her support knowledge and general listening. She truly is a credit to be ready. As a company I can’t fault be ready they are an amazing company and I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to do an apprenticeship.

Level 5 course.
I am currently half way through my level 5 STA course, and my experiences so far have been incredible. From the get go I have had continued support from my mentor, Caroline. She is professional, encouraging and supportive. Caroline always notices my progression and is so upbeat about the work Ive completed which helps to keep me motivated. I have never felt alone or like I'm struggling in the course as I know I can message Caroline at any time and we also have our termly tutorial calls, which always helps to answer any questions I have as well as helping to expand on my knowledge. Doing the course alongside my job as a primary school TA has really helped to boost my confidence and allows me to become more reflective in my practice, enabling me to make adaptations to my teaching approach where needed. I would highly recommend this course.

MINT experience overall! I have had a really positive experience completing my level 3 apprenticeship (community health and wellbeing worker) with BeReady. The online modules are clear, well organised and easy to follow, which made learning manageable alongside my work. The content is relevant and insightful and explained in a way that help build confidence and understanding. The support from my skills worker (Angela) has been excellent throughout the apprenticeship. Angela was very approachable and knowledgeable and was always willing to guide and encourage me, making sure i stayed on track and understood the requirements. Level 5 course SEN
he support provided to the Level 5 apprentices has been exceptional. The progress we have seen in colleagues undertaking the course has been remarkable. Several members of our support staff are now beginning to explore pathways into teaching, thanks to the knowledge and skills they have developed. The learners have become far more reflective in their practice and are confidently applying their new understanding in their daily work.

Getting back into learning.
I was really apprehensive of going back to learning, but Be ready has been an amazing start. The content has been really helpful and the modules so far have been lots of fun and I have learnt a lot. I really enjoyed this course as having come from a retail background it gave me the knowledge on how to be a great teaching assistant. When I reached my EPA, Rachael my tutor gave me so much confidence which I lacked when I first met with her, that I was happy to just "pass", however with her support and encouragement I gained a distinction!

My tutor, Sheena, has been absolutely amazing at getting me through my course. Sheena has always kept a really good level of communication with me to keep me on track with my Independent learning which I have sometimes found quite tricky. SEND Early Years Apprenticeship Review (so far)
I am currently midway through my apprenticeship via BeReady and Aptem and I am absolutely thriving from it! The modules are tailored with my interests and I have incredible support from my Skills Coach, Hannah! Being a SEND TA, this apprenticeship has allowed me to open doors into my future career and how that is developing with every module passing. I am gaining an insight into the importance of certain aspects of education and how that is making me a better educator. I am really enjoying how the course reignites the passion I have for teaching, especially within SEND, and that the course is really helping me develop and grow.
Hannah is an incredible skills coach with understanding, patience and enthusiasm. Her leadership is supportive and allows you to take each module in with confidence. Every progress review allows me to feel like I am succeeding which makes me love the apprenticeship and time spent completing it even more so!
