Since switching, my 9-month-old greyhound has started to put on weight and is enjoying life so much more. He has a chicken allergy, and I spent months trying to find the right food for him with no success. As he does Flyball, it was really important that he was getting the right nutrition each day—which he simply wasn’t before.

They offer a great range of flavours and cater for puppies, adults, and senior dogs, which is really reassuring. The feeding guidance is really helpful too—they provide advice based on your dog’s age and breed, including how much to feed per day and per meal.

Jett is now thriving on it, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

Ordered a selection of food and treats. Trays that arrived were partly defrosted, no icepacks at all, and even worse not what i had ordered. Beef were all the same, chicken and turkey all the same but one. The rest were jut one of each but made up with turkey and chicken. Contacted BN, told to photograph the trays. They don't send icepacks anymore, more sustainable. So they filled the gaps with inflated plastic bags. Very sustainable.
Next day get message, after I pointed out they should have a record of what was packed. All of a sudden they did have one, all correct. DPD has put an incorrect label on. So another person had ordered 27 individual tray, and the same treats???? Sure, bet dpd don't put the label on either, how would they know who's who's?
As to ice pack, my parcel can't be defrosted as the box is tested for 72 hours. Funny my chestfreezer says 48 hours in power cut. A well insulted metal box.
I shouldn't have ordered, taken that my dog was violently sick shortly after her meal, and there were loads of little shiny bits that looked like teeth broken up. Again i was told to take photos and send batch numbers. There are not many trays with numbers on, plastic, ink and freezer not great. Told them, found one number, never heard from them again. Food is ok but staff and service....stay clear

Google tells me no double layered cardboard boxes can keep frozen food frozen for 72 hours. It tells me 4 to 12 hours, with icepack or other maybe 24. It will need other insulation like wool to go above that time.

Products are very good, price is reasonable however, delivery sucks. Got my order delivered and left outside of the building, parcel got missing and they sent me replacement, but again parcel has been left outside. This happened 3 times in a row and DPD represents your company. I need to find another supplier now because it’s not fun fetching your order especially when you pay for delivery.

A Game Changer for My Dog’s Health and Happiness!

About half a year ago I switched my Border Collie, Mia, to Benyfit Natural and the difference has been incredible. We opted for the complete 80% meat and 20% veg/botanicals formula, and Mia absolutely LOVES it! We’ve tried a great variety of flavours — beef, duck, goose & turkey, and lamb — and she devours every bowl with so much excitement. Mealtimes have gone from routine to one of the highlights of her day!

Since moving away from dry kibble to this natural raw food, the changes in Mia have been nothing short of amazing. She’s visibly more excited at breakfast and dinner, with that happy tail wag and eager eyes as soon as the food comes out.

One unexpected (but very welcome!) benefit? No more awful dog farts - Haha!
Her coat is also so much shinier and healthier-looking now, and overall she just seems more content and vibrant.

I also feel so much happier knowing that her diet is more natural and better suited to her needs. Knowing she’s getting real meat, veggies — with no junk — gives me real peace of mind.

On top of all that, delivery is always super fast, and the packaging is perfect for easy storage in the freezer — no fuss at all.

Very unethical practices

Took advantage of their offer at crufts first time customer. Went through the process with the staff 2 of them and said numerous times what his allergies are for chicken,beef and turkey. Knowing my dog tends to swollow and not chew i even asked what size the bones content is and the staff replied it goes through a grinder and not to worry. Few weeks into serving the food (Lamb, vension and duck) my dog has been itchy and dandruffy, so I check the ingredients to find that they are not single protein after all as they all contain ox offal. I also have had to put on gloves and finger through the food to remove bone chunks the size of 2 pence coins and sharp as a canine.

I first emailed, then messaged on messenger and on their Facebook wall asking for help and explaining my experience.

I have had zero response, other than on messenger a staff replied how can they help then when I told what has happened they stopped replying.

Either I was lied and misled at crufts about the ingredients or the staff are just completely untrained in what their products contain.

Either way their customer service is non existence and for saying this is a higher priced raw food is diabolical.

Avoid.

Zero customer service. Contacted twice about reordering issues. No response either time. I've took my custom elsewhere.

Always perfect. Fast delivery too.

the best marrow bones ive ever had and I've tried loads of other places, I got just the middle of the bones with loads of marrow, delivered the next day. i will be buying more

First class product and outstanding service. Always on time. Well packaged. Fed to our Golden Retriever from 8 weeks. Not a single upset stomach in almost a year.

Brilliant food, my dogs all thrive on it. Recyclable packaging, fast delivery. Just fab!!

Previously, I loved Benyfit, and so did my dogs, but the last couple of batches we've bought (a variety of flavours, all 500g tubs) have had huge pieces of bone in them. Previously, the bone was ground to a sensible level for both elderly and very small dogs, like Chihuahuas. Now, they're spitting pieces out because they're simply unpalatable.

And while raw bone is fine for dogs, to some extent, these are shards rather than whole bones they chew in a natural way - they're sharp enough to cut my finger! The fact it could've done that to one of their oesophagi doesn't really bear thinking about.

Yesterday, I placed what might be my final order (no 58881) with Benyfit. I am giving them one final chance to impress me again. I've been buying since 2018, so I don't want to give up on the company too easily, but I think it's time, given the quality of the food no longer works for us.

Sadly this company has been let down by it's 3rd party delivery company
Recommended by my son, who highly rates the food.......my 3 loved it and the variety is great but the delivery company couldn't be relied on and they sent my order on 2 different vans.......not good for a night worker who needs sleep......when I asked the courier why this was, his reply was "well you can always go shopping if delivery isn't right" 😱 I order 40kg a time so hence delivery.......when it happened again the next delivery and was almost 3 hours between vans I had no choice but to cancel as having spoken to benefit, they lose control once delivery company collects. Shame as everything else was perfect and girls had no issues and looked forward to their meals

Great variety of products and great sizes that last quite a while. Our boarder collie absolutely loves the food and he usually is a fussy eater.

Love the fact that they provide guidelines on how much your pet should be fed according to weight and activity and that the boxes they provide are re-usuable.
