It is definitely worth doing and helpful but of course you need to keep practicing!
I just found this a little short compared with what I'd done before - but perhaps that's a bit unfair as it is free after all, and is an introduction, really. Hopefully you will keep it up! Helps with anxiety, feelings of panic etc.

Being mindful informed me of the things I don't really pay attention to on a daily basis. I just go through the day thinking of the things I need to do or the worries that fill my head with what ifs. I now pay attention to the things I do in the Now. Wheather it's going for a walk, eating a snack or talking to someone. I pay attention to the muscles I use, the emotions I feel and even the things I say with what tone.

I found it very easy to follow the programme, there was no pressure for me to participate. I could always go back and practise using the gallery provided.

The programme overall was very helpful, with a lot of very useful videos on relaxation techniques and mindfulness. A slight downside was periodic interruptions with videos. As I settled down to relax with some of the longer videos, they would seem to stop without warning. This was usually due to the programme requesting I complete a task, or skip to the next page. This often interrupted my mindfulness and relaxation flow, meaning I would have to start again from scratch.
