Placed my order over a week ago on behalf of my 10 week old son, a gift for his 1st mothers day. Everday been emailing since when can I expect the items to be delivered. Someone called Sarah answered my other questions BUT ignored the question when my delivery is on all 5 emails! I'll be raising a chargeback through my bank! What a scandal! Fraud. I should of read the reviews and NO CONTACT NUMBER TO CALL!!! ABSOLUTE INCONSIDERATE PEOPLE!!!!!

Tried in vain to contact this company via E mail for an update on delivery of an Item I bought and got no response apart from my contact being reviewed, not happy.

Intitially impressed by the quick response and turnaround when there was a spelling and text error in the item l bought.

Jay got back to me within an hour when l had a query and a replacement was sent out quickly.

And that's where it all went wrong.

The replacement was identical to the original. Spelling mistake and text mistakes!

On contacting Jay and customer services again I've now heard nothing for two days. Despite numerous emails.

There's no contact phone number (which is a HUGE red flag). If I'd noticed that before l wouldn't have used Bellissima.

All in all, not a good experience, and will have to get my bank to initiate a charge back.

I ordered the men's bracelet for my brothers 50th birthday with engraving on the inside, the bracelet arrived badly scratched on the front so i contacted them, in fairness they replied really quickly apologising and sent 2nd bracelet out which again arrived scratched really bad on the front, i contacted them again and again they apologised and sent out a 3rd bracelet, which NOT surprisingly arrived SCRATCHED!!!!!!! I've actually given up as they are NEVER going to get it right my brother will be 60 before they do. I have requested a refund so let see what happens!!!!

I ordered three items from this company. Two items were as ordered but the third was incorrect. I would advise that you check any items immediately as mine said Mr and Mr when I had ordered Mr and Mrs. I asked for a replacement or refund and was offered a refund. I had to chase it again but eventually had confirmation that the refund had been issued and would be in my bank account after Christmas, so I am still waiting, nearly 4 weeks after I placed my order. I would not recommend this company to family and friends.

Ordered on the wednesday. Recieved on friday. Lovely little gift bags for the items. As decribed. Communication by email very efficient. Surpirsed at negative reviews.

Have emailed this company serval times this week. Not heard back from. Half of my order is missing. I wouldn't recommend them . Keep your money guys because that's what this company do to their paying costumers money .

Personalised Chopping Board Ordered on wednesday 18th Dec. Delivered friday 20th December! Very pleased with the product. Would definitely buy from them again.

Emailed this company so many times that only part of my order arrived still not had the rest absolutely disgusted.i wanted them for my party to day..never will use this company

It's a real shame there are so many negative reviews as I ordered two key rings for mum and dad. Received in good time and great quality. I took a chance due to last review really happy. Hope it's a sign they are improving their customer service.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE whatsoever when you get the wrong order I have wrote them twice on their email address but no luck I have a wrong size bracelet I’ve tried just to ask if they can adjust the size for me but no luck I had to leave review here as you can’t do it on their actual website.

Seriously? If I’d read these reviews I would have swerved this site. But I didn’t. I ordered the Keyring with all the grandkids names on (5) saying “This Grandad is loved by” and all their names, to hang on my late Dad’s bench. I got a discounted second Keyring for my Mam. The quality is first rate. I received my order within a wk when Father’s Day was looming. It arrived in time. The Keyring came in a velvet bag and that would have been good enough but I ordered the gift boxes and they elevated the product. Such good quality. Irrespective of late orders and nasty reviews, mine was perfect so I didn’t hesitate with 5 ⭐️x

Father's day item hasn't arrived. With it being partner's first Father's day this was supposed to be something special. I'm so upset. I was sent an email 2 days ago saying it was on it's way but tracking info provided doesn't even exist. Don't waste your time or money.

Placed an order on January 31st… it’s now the 10th March and I’m still waiting for my item haven’t been given tracking details either

Oh no I ordered the engraved heart for Mothers Day. Obviously they couldn't fit the words on so reduced the name Isabelle to Isab what a useless gift 🙄

As it's my daughter's first Mother's Day I ordered a personalised gift for her. I have just received it within 3 days of ordering! I'm so impressed. Very tasteful and in a lovely presentation box (ordered separately).
Highly recommend!

Really disappointing, ordered a personalised bracelet as my partners Xmas gift from here saying ‘we love you daddy, from (3 kids names)’
Bracelet turned up quite quickly but only had one kids name on, I checked the order and I confirmed I had put the 3 names on, wrote to them to advise it’s arrived with only one, they apologised and sent a new one out so quickly, however a second one arrived again with only the one name on it again,

I then wrote again to advise and they cancelled my order without my say so and refunded it, which would take up to 10 days to refund. I advised I didn’t want a refund as didn’t have the money to buy something new in time for Xmas and the money wouldn’t clear in time, I was then ignored until I wrote another email asking for the complains and review procedures and they told me that a new and correct replacement was already in transit, just a few days before Xmas,
It’s clear this was a lie and they told me this just so I wouldn’t leave a review so close to Christmas as I still haven’t received the correct item from them.

Would not recommend and will not be using this company again.

Bought a leather bracelet. Very happy with my purchase, it came in a velvet bag which I wasn't expecting.

Arrived on time and was a good price.

Would buy again.
