(The product you return needs to ensure the tag and the clothes are intact and undamaged. Item should be put in the original bag that have the product codes.)
(1)Print the attachment and fill in the columns of “reason for return”, “logistic carrier” and “tracking No.”
(2) Take a clear photo of the form and then put it into the parcel.
(3) Take a clear photo of the delivery note and tracking number.
(4) Return the package to the following address:

So i did all this and then I was asked to please send the tracking # after I enclosed it in two different places. but I did and now i am awaiting the refund. the package took almost 4 weeks to arrive. and i get that there are delays.

I love cotton and linen clothing but not all products are true to that claim. I also love skirts and tops and dresses to mix and match. My purple skirt has just arrived, on time and well packed. I am so thrilled with the material, the colour, the well sown seams and zipper and I will be purchasing more products from you again as I need them. Thank you for your great products and your solid customer service.

I bought 4 items from Bellezeke, 3 received, one missing, among those 3 items received, only one looks like the one line images, another 2 are totally different, I am very disapointed

I received 2 out of 3 items that I ordered from Bellezeke. The 2 items I got were not even close to the measurements of the items I ordered. I kept them because I didn’t want the headache of their return requirements. Finally after I contacted them, they told me to choose a replacement for the unavailable order. I told them I preferred a refund. No response so far from Bellezeke.
Always read the reviews before ordering from these online fly by night shops!

I’m fond of their styles,fit is great, and the quality seems good.Overall,they are all over my expectation.

1. Order took forever to arrive and they would not tell me when it was due.
2. They advised me one of my ordered garments was out of stock. Eventually agreed to exchange for cheaper item but have still not received a refund.
3. Garments arrived, terrible fabric and badly made. I asked to return for refund and they said I would need to apply for a refund. I said that the trouser fabric was see through and both garments did not fit. They asked me to photograph myself in the outfits and asked for my measurements, which I refused. They said I would need to return items to New York which would be expensive so they suggested I keep the outfits and they would give me a 30% refund. I said I wanted a full refund and am sending garments to New York. I feel this will not be the end of this saga.

I’d appreciate that it’s better to show all sides and details of the clothes to make a decision to choose clothes.As generally I always see the front side on that website.

This is looking like a SCAM to me.
First, I never received my clothes despite paying extra money for a ‘speedy delivery’. Then, I managed to cancel my order after several emails back and forth saying it couldn’t be cancelled. Finally, customer services agreed to reimburse the full of my payment two weeks ago and I haven’t received any money in my Pay Pal.

Today, two days after posting my review, I was reimbursed. Many thanks. Maybe not SCAM but extremely poor service.

Terrible co to deal with, send wrong colours, fabric is terrible and cheap, nothing like the linen they quote.
If you want to return or get a refund, forget it they openly argue with you and tell you they sent the right order. Do not deal with them, I am shocked they can operate in this manner

My first review:
The product is a cartoon version of their website photo. The item is poorly made, the material feels like a bedsheet. I took measurements before I ordered to be sure the size would fit. It is tight. I don't know who is writing these 5 star reviews.
Update: About Returns.
They requested that I document the problem, so I sent photos. If you are returning product, there are hoops to jump through. This is not a 100% satisfaction guaranteed return policy. That being said, they do respond to emails and as you can see they respond to each review here.

I was offered a small initial discount to keep the product. I did not want the shirt, no matter the shipping cost. And they followed up with a better "discount" to keep the shirt, which made sense to accept as I was already spending too much time dealing with this. I made a poor decision and will donate.

All you folks who are giving 5 star reviews, let us know what you bought because maybe there is a difference in products. I bought the Cotton And Linen Dragonfly Print Rope Lace-Up Top- Grey.

I'm still waiting for the small refund. Maybe it will come tomorrow. They say it will come in 3 to 7 business days. It's now 8 business days.

Awful awful. Do not buy. Items very poor quality ,fabric incorrectly described. Have to jump through hoops to send items back and return is to USA so not cheap.

Bellezeke was quick to respond to the complaint of the shipping error and a full refund was given with 24hrs.

Scam scam scam do not trust these people.
They call in linen and cotton, it’s rough, see through, cheap and nasty polyester.
Hideous products nothing like the website.
They ship from china, have a UK return address and then insist they items should be returned to USA at your expense.
A complaint to PayPal and I eventually agreed to 70% refund and keep the products. The items are now my new gardening trousers 😬
