Bought 4 dresses: AWFUL

BEWARE!!!!!

Bought 4 dresses. Two are WAY TOO SMALL and don't match the stated measurements. One of them is GIGANTIC and all were supposed to be size 4X. No phone number, no return address. My credit card lists a Chinese company.
The "workmanship" is subpar. Unacceptable.
The fabric is not linen.
One dress hasn't been shipped yet and I will try though Facebook to tell them to keep it and send me a refund.
The return address on the package doesn't exist.

Can't get them to give me the return address…

Can't get them to give me the address to return clothes that are all WAY TOO SMALL for the sizing they listed on their web site. Very frustrating. The clothes are cute but much smaller than the standard S, M, L, XL. And then to get the run-around about how to return them adds insult to injury. Scammers!

I wish I had read the reviews on this site before ordering. Sizes are way too small. And the ridiculous run around they give you when you ask how to return for refund is unbelievable. Asking for photos of me wearing the clothes?!? NO WAY! If they’re too small, how am I supposed to do that. Asking for photos is not listed on their return policy as required. Plus: it’s weird and inappropriate. They are evasive when asked for an address to return u wanted items. Is that because it’s overseas and shipping would be more expensive size than the items were? RIDICULOUS!

An item was missing from the order I…

An item was missing from the order I received. I reached out to support@bellezeke 4 times and no one has responded. Had to file a complaint and dispute with PayPal. Furthermore, the address on the website is Milan, Italy. The charge on my PayPal account went to YuanYuan. I am very suspicious that these clothes are not made in Italy.

UPDATE: Information in Bellezeke’s Trust Pilot response is not accurate. I provided all documentation including a copy of the order with order number clearly visible. Meanwhile, Bellezeke has tried to challenge my review here several times. Each time I have responded to Trust Pilot with documentation substantiating my review. PayPal was able to get a partial refund for me which I settled on because I didn’t not want to continue giving this scam my time over shipping charges. I will never again do business with Bellezeke.

I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering- cheap, clothes that rip when you try them on! Of course they want pics, which I did provide, but I’m not holding my breath for a refund.

Worst Quality. Worst customer service

The product I ordered arrived stuffed into a bag that was way too small. The tape on the bag was actually stuck to the clothes inside because it had torn during shipping. Not a single item I ordered was as described. I emailed and asked for a full refund and they responded asking me for pictures. I am not going to put on clothes that are too big or too small for them to judge whether they agree! Seams are crooked. Material is cheap. Quality is substandard in every way. I doubt I will get any money back. That is $185 gone to waste. I will continue to try, but I am not going to justify my dissatisfaction with photos. I will report this business to the online sights that allow it to advertise and to the BBB. Terrible experience. Terrible product. Terrible customer service.

When it comes to the problem about defective items, asking photo of the item is a fixed step in the return process, according to our return policy. There are at least 2 reasons why we have to do so.

First, we need the photo to confirm which item you are talking about. Oftentimes, customers only speak of the problem but we can see many items in that order and have no idea of which item has the problem at all.

Second, we need photo to verify the problem. In the past, we offered return authorization to some customers who claimed the item were defective. But we found no defects after receiving it. Therefore, we obviously can't verify the problem by bare words. We hope you can undertsand.

I have reached out twice to figure out…

I have finally heard back from them and they are insisting that I submit pictures with the clothes on! “Please submit pictures showing the quality and fit”

They want me to submit pics showing the clothes are too small and too big!!! 😳

So insulting, imagine how they might use this pics of me! This is crazy!

I would simply avoid!
I received 9 items out of 10 items so far and there are only 3 of them I can wear. The others are either too small ( I ordered a size higher just in case but none the less) or just really awful. The last one made me laugh: my husband asked me if it was a pj top - it was is a satin polyester that nobody in their right mind would wear outside. I wanted to give Bellezeeke the benefit of the doubt in my previous reviews. But none of the products are in cotton or linen as advertised. There were fortunately 3 items that look like the picture (the ones I wear) but they are in synthetic materials (viscose or rayon) and even at that price they are not a good buy. Save yourself the hassle and simply avoid.

First and last order with this company

First time ordering with this company, won’t be making any more orders. My item is nothing like the picture. The sizing is very small and I doubt if the fabric is actually cotton and linen, I wouldn’t know as there is no label on the item. The sleeves are supposed to be 3/4 and wide kimono sleeves, they’re normal sleeves. No idea where the ‘pleated’ feature is as mentioned in the description , certainly no pleats anywhere in the garment. No order slip or any returns label in bag. Shoddy.

Fraudulent company

Fraudulent company. This company cannot find my order in their system; told me they cannot locate my information (name, order date, email address, and shipping/billing information) because they have "no right to" (customer service's words). I gave them them the order number I was texted, and was told the number doesn't exist. However, the amount of my order was deducted from my checking account last week. I made the order via their website on January 3rd, 2023. Last week, customer service requested proof of charge from my bank, which I've not provided. Yet.
Today I emailed them a copy of my order confirmation text that contained a link to their website, confirming my order, the charge, items ordered, and shipping/billing address. We'll see what customer service comes up with next. I want my order, or a refund. Simple--please deliver "Bellezeke"!

Thank you for the feedback. Honestly, I couldn't identify your order number via your user's name here either. We usually use recipient, email address, and transaction ID to identify order ID, which is a number that starts with BZ.

If the money has been taken and yet there is no order, then there must be something wrong. It was right that you offer the transaction ID or the screenshot of the payment to the support team. In this way, we can dig into it. If there is still no result, I suggest you contact the bank to make a further inquiry.

This company is a scam. I ordered a number of things. They did not fit right and they would not give me a refund. One dress I asked for in a larger size and they asked me to pay postage- fist mistake. I did it through PayPal and then the dress came in the same size I already had. Never go new dress and never got ANY refunds. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Poor quality and horrible customer service.

The dresses are very poor quality and the sizing is way off. I bought a large and the top of the dress was too tight, the bottom too lose. The material felt cheap and scratchy. Save your money. This company is a total SCAM!
