Het complex is veeeel te groot.
Smorgens sta je aan te schuiven om binnen te kunnen om te ontbijten.
Het eten is eentonig, zeer weinig variatie. Ik heb al mooiere en betere all in ervaringen gehad.
Er is veel reparatiewerk nodig. De helft van de glijbanen werkt niet, trapjes aan de zwembaden staan los.
De kamer is ok maar de kluis werkte niet, de tv werkte niet. Je betaalt daar extra voor dus ik ben wel mijn geld gaan terugvragen. Daar deden ze gelukkig niet moeilijk over.
Het zit er vol muggen. Elke dag heb je minstens 5 beten erbij. Waarschijnlijk omdat er overal plassen en modder ligt.
De afstanden tussen de verschillende zwembaden is ook vrij groot waardoor mijn zoon ook niet heeft deelgenomen aan de animatie.
Als je savonds naar de show ging kijken en je wou iets drinken moest je wel een half uur aanschuiven.
Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam maar je merkt dat er veel te veel toeristen zijn en het personeel het niet aan kan.
Voor ons een keer en nooit meer.

All in all okay, tho food variety is kinda poor, some plates dirty no chance to get coffee or tea any other time than breakfast. Kids entertainment is a bit overpriced even all inclusive pays for it. Laundry not changed over the week, towels changed once per week, no help from reception, broken kettle replacement took 4 days, some of them started to make jokes in their language when asked for key replacement(I understand Spanish). Some of the rooms dirty on arrival. Some dc sockets dangerous to use, fire hazard. Illegal sales on site. Mould and dirt in swimming pools. Advertising pictures too good to be true. Solid 5**** for our beloved barman Angel, hope to see you again!!

Holiday is what you make of it we had a good week as a family of 6,
although…
This place desperately needs updated and cleaned thoroughly.
Cleaners never came at all in the week. No clean towels all week , We thankfully took our own towels.
Ants and cockroaches were all around room and balcony.
Taps and showers have never been cleaned. Toilet flush was broken. Door frame fell off as we entered the hotel room.
‼️My daughter was severely sick for 4 days after unknowingly drinking out of a dirty glass‼️
Staff are not helpful at all,
cutlery and dishes were unclean before you even touched it.
‼️Yes this is definitely the mosquito hotel‼️
So if you are visiting please make sure to pack PLENTY bug repellent spray with you.
Pictures are not how the place is described it’s very run down.
Hotel rooms are not family material it was 2 single beds and a leather couch , a leaking air conditioning.
We paid alot to stay here for a week and after day 2 I desperately wanted to leave.
Go karts are an added extra…50 euros for 8 minutes for two!!
The food was disgusting 🤢

Vi giver udelukkende den lave karakter fordi, at aircondition ikke virkede på vort værelse. Skønt 4 alvorlige henvendelser, skete der absolut intet. At skulle sove i et 32 grader varmt værelse i 10 dage er ikke sjovt. Hotellet kunne heller anvise et andet værelse, hvor der var et virkende aircondition.
Endvidere var vi 6 måneder forinden stillet i udsigt at vi kunne få 3 værelser i en bestemt blok, tæt på hinanden. Dette kunne heller ikke lade sig gøre, da vi kom frem.
Hotellet er totalt ligeglad med gæsterne, når de først har modtaget pengene.

Absolutely gutted isn’t the word
Am currently here now and the place is full of hundreds of students, you can’t get into the restaurant and when you do it’s so busy you can’t get a clean table and the students cut in the que! It’s become so uncomfortable now that we are having to eat out when we have paid for all inclusive and feed our family of 5.
We’ve had the cleaners come in once with clean towels in 10 days, no bed changes ect and have had to take our own rubbish out as they have just not been round.
To top it off the complex is run down and dirty and will never be coming back again.
If I could give no stars I would.

I am never one to complain, I am a very down to earth and accepting not to judge without trying first, I am appalled with tui and this hotel
I am here now on my first day, holiday from hell

DON'T DO IT 😡😡😡

The rooms are good. They have everything you Need for at short vacation. The staff is also very kind and helpfull. This also close to city/shops/restaurant. BUT the pool and kids areas is NOT as the pictures in the webside. Its old, very dirty because the turist don’t clean up and the “kids pool area” is not to be find. So Don’t expect to much!

- Personeel is vriendelijk;
- Het eten was lekker en het personeel zorgden altijd dat er genoeg eten ter beschikking was;
- Nette badkamer met prima douche;
- WiFi kostte helaas wel geld, maar ja dat is niet noodzakelijk dus daar moeten mensen ook niet over gaan klagen!
- Lekker dicht bij het strand;
- Super gezellig terras met elke avond animatie voor jong en oud;
- Gezellig winkelstraat langs het resort;
- Het zwembad was goed;
- Het drinken was altijd heeel goed koud;
- Paar verbeterpuntjes in de kamer zelf, maar het resort zelf een dikke 10!
- U moet zeker uw verblijf boeken bij dit resort. Sommige mensen zijn erg negatief wat echt onterecht is. Dat zijn dan van die verwende typen die niks waarderen.

Day 1 Bad staf they are working 1 on check in when they have 3 check ins and like 917271 people waiting for their rooms. HORRIBLE

Day 2 Our safelock does not work, there is no kitchen here and we didnt get glasses in 3* hotel. And the worst is that you paid for hotel and didnt get WIFI. You have to buy it separatelly…

On the other hand pool is great (but no lightning at night) and beds are amazing too.
We have fridge and big balcony. So far not worth this money.

This was during late 2019 and early 2020, so this may be somewhat dated. I frequented the Bellevue Club almost every month. The pools were usually crowded, yet still a great experience. I loved the food and workout machines. Though, I was going through tough times (physically) and I may not have looked my best. Occasionally, I would hear negative comments from employees, particularly from the front desk and bar.

Here are some examples:
One employee said, "Dude, that girl looks like a skunk."
"Cow!" -- A man cleaning tables in the bar called me this, while I was eating a salad.
After I showed my ID to the front desk, an employee said, "God, I wish that girl would suffer."
An employee on the first floor workout area walked by me and whispered, "Hobo."
While I was using a rowing machine, an employee talking to someone else said, "Yeah, that machine is only for pretty girls."

My absolute worst experience is this:
I was eating at the Splash restaurant with family. As I sat down, two customers talked about how ugly I was. After we had ordered our food, the same two customers, who had appeared to be tipsy, started taking pictures of me. They were laughing while I was attempting to hide from their phone cameras. In my opinion, at least one employee saw witnessed this and did nothing. I felt humiliated.

I lost sleep and self-worth over these comments. Eventually, it got to a point where I vowed to never come to the Bellevue Club in Washington again. Please keep in mind that these are my experiences and opinions. In my opinion, the Bellevue Club has great food, great workout machines, and nice pools, but rude employees.

We went to Bellvue club in September. I will start but saying that the resort had nicely kept grounds, a choice of many large pools and walking distance to the beach. The food was good, with a lot of choices for the money you pay. Unfortunately, our experience here started very badly, we arrived in a huge storm which had left some of the resort flooded. On arrival, we were greeted by miserable staff. We were given a room on the other side of the resort and given a map. Setting out in the pouring rain we were frustrated to find that the map didn't match the layout of the resort. After two trips back to reception to ask different people for directions we arrived at the road that led to out block which turned out to be flooded above the knee and we were unable to wade through with our cases. We went back to the reception and explained the situation and asked if it was possible to be relocated in a block that was accessible...to this we got the answer... No. We asked if there was some sort of transport to the block where our room was and again...No. They told us it wasn't their problem. I am understanding to the fact that the storm was not their fault but as a company, they should have done their best to get us to our room. Luckily the car rental company heard what was going on and offered to drive us. Even they said it was not walkable. I was disappointed with the resort, to say the least. We finally got to our room to find a very rundown apartment. The bed was so bad that we had to switch the dipping matress with one from the other room which was very slightly better. As we picked it up you could hear metal falling inside. The only positive about the apartment was that it was spotlessly clean, definitely not a 3-star room.

Worst experience ever!

Absolutely horrible hotel. I’m willing to give it one Star for the room which was quite nice. But everything’s else was terrible. The food was not meant for eating. And the all inclusive was a joke.

Trash was everywhere and no one seemed to care about with her service or cleaning.

DO NOT STAY HERE. It is not what the pictures shows

vi bestilte en tur ved solfaktor og det så godt ud på billederne, vi kom frem og skulle så lige bruge 2 timer i en bus tur. og kom frem sent om aftenen.
vi fik chekket ind spist og tog over til værelset, HOLD DA HELT OP!! det ligner et smadret lokum, noget taget fra en gyser film.
Der er ingen aircon kun en gammel og smadret fane der lyder som en helikopter lige over to elendige maddresser, senge som består træ med nærmest en tynd pap skive ovenpå, et værelse fyldt med pletter alle steder, og 40 grader indenfor.
hotel receptionene er ligeglad og afviser dig bare "kom igen imorgen" kl. 1:30 om natten gik mig og min kæreste fra stedet til et nyt hotel der hjalp os til et ordenligt hotel der havde pladser.
HOLD JER LANGT VÆK FRA BELLEVUE CLUB!!!

Vis du er til engelsk morgen mad og det samme til middagsmad og aftensmad og vil ha dine ting stjålet på dit værelse af personalet så er det her stedet

Pollen er ulækker og klam værelserne har ikke set rengøring i 45 år sengene er fra anden verdenskrig det hele liger noget der er løgn

Hotellet er beskidt
Maden er kun engelsk praget
Det er det samme mad hver dag
Du skal låse din ting inde eller stjæler personalet det......

Personalet ved intjek er ikke særlige behjælpelig hvad angår tyveri af egne ting.
Sengene er ikke noget at prale af..
Gade sælgerne går rundt med pool og sælger, og er ikke modtagelig for et nej

Vil faktisk det sige det er en dårlig oplevelse 🙄

Det er et meget nedslidt og beskidt resort, det flyder med affald på grønne områder og omkring de forskellige pools. Livredderen opdagede ikke at en lille var ved at drukne, da han havde så travlt med sin mobil, så en mand redede hende.
Vi er her på All inclusive. Hvilket er spild af penge.
Maden er i bedste fald kedelig, grænsende til ligegyldig. "Resturanten" er overfyldt og minder mest af alt om en kantine på et skibsværft, og er på ingen måde hyggelig at opholde sig i, da larmen er enorm.
Vi Har oplevet hvordan tjenerne kun tog talerkerne af et bord, og da det ikke så ud til at de sidste havde brugt bestikket lod kan det ligge.
Hvem ved om de havde brugt gaflel, og lagt den tilbage igen.
Det er direkte ulækkert!
Nu dropper vi at spise der.
Halvdelen af pool barene er lukkede. Og hvis vejret er godt, er der fyldt ved de pools hvor baren er åben. Snack barene hvor man kan få en lille apretif har hele ugen været burger, pomfrites og hotdog.
En ærgelig oplevelse når man tidligere har været på et super dejligt hoteller på Marlloca.
Men lejligheden kan vi ikke klage over, og sengene er super.
Så suma sumarum dette her resort besøger vi iķke igen.
De for en stjerne for værelset.
