Place an order on a Thursday and was told it would be shipped Friday for delivery with DPD.
Phoned Bds Monday morning as the shipment wasn’t showing on DPD website, and was told it was shipped Friday and to expect delivery Monday or Tuesday. Just received an email from DPD saying item has been collected Monday afternoon for delivery Tuesday.
I don’t appreciate being lied to.
If you want an item delivered quickly, and not to be lied to try another company

Very helpful company
Very helpful company, I rang regarding purchasing a IM65 paslode gun to be told it was the last one in stock but was a item missing so the price was reduced and delivered in 3 days, will use them again if the price is right👍🏻

Good value for money here
Good value for money here. On the whole am happy. I probably wouldn't go here if I was reliant on products being delivered within two working days though as it's looking more like 4 or 5 for my order.

Sorry you hadn't received your order at the point of your feedback, but looking into your order this was placed on the 8th April, dispatched the following day and delivered within our 1-2 working day lead time on Monday the 9th April.
Due to the courier company not working over the weekend, this was the reason your item was delayed.
