Purchased an as advertised genuine Makita 18v 5.0Ah battery at what I believe to be a competitive price with free 1-3 day delivery incl. The package was prepared and picked up by the courier within a few hours, however the courier lost track of the package and the seller had to get involved and it did eventually arrive 6 days later which was disappointing. With regards to the battery, I would have to say that I was disappointed to receive a genuine article in a padded envelope rather than a Makita branded box which only results in raising suspicion of its authenticity ?

Useless company, used DX to deliver my parcel, I had no notification of when it would be delivered, DX then delivered it to the wrong apartment and as no one was home left it on the door step, £300 worth of batteries I can only assume were taken by someone walking along our street, if they’d delivered it to the correct address I wouldn’t be leaving this bad review, the supplier won’t do anything to sort it out and have left me to claim the money back through my credit card, buyers beware is all I can say, I’ll never purchase off these guys again

The cost of the combined unit was less then Amazon. Amazon sent me the Saw Table sans the Adjustable Table TWICE! I will remember this the next time I need to buy a tool.

The company’s a joke, ordered a makita core drill. The parcel was delivered to the wrong address so my partner had to walk around the estate to find it, when she did the parcel was smashed and the box the drill came in was smashed to bits. I emailed the company and rang about this, I did not got a response. I will never use these again !
