At Bella Barista we are fortunate with our in house division (Towability, UK mobile catering manufacturer) to be able to offer a range of skills and expertise not usually found in general coffee machine retailers. It is of continual surprise to us that people will buy machines from internet suppliers that have no provisions or inclination to offer a reasonable after sales service and we are continually asked by people that find they have a machine that is not working (not supplied by Bella Barista) if we can help, but only Bella Barista customers have access to the full Bella Barista afters sales care. Even after two years we continue to ensure you wake up to great tasting coffee each and every morning. Most often we can diagnose common problems and resolve them quickly over the phone or email. We also keep a large number of parts and accessories in stock, that's not listed on the website.

Fast delivery and excellent ongoing support of my Profitec Move
Product range is excellent and pricing competitive. Having placed my order for a Profitec Move, it was pleasing to find it was in stock and delivered within a few days … some companies state stock on their websites but then place orders with the manufacturer on the back of your order). Fast delivery and prompt follow up support with an issue with a loose portafilter handle was much appreciated. On line “how to videos” in the BB website have also been very useful. Overall, very happy with the whole buying experience and highly recommend Bella Barista!

ECM coffee machine purchase with professional service.
I purchased an ECM coffee machine from Bella Barista via bella-barista.co.uk. Before buying, I contacted their customer service by email. We exchanged several messages, and they were incredibly helpful and informative. Every question I had was answered clearly, and they guided me in making my decision. I paid via bank transfer, which was processed quickly, and the next day they dispatched the machine. I received it the following day, and it arrived via courier, perfectly packaged and undamaged. The delivery process was fully trackable, so I can only say positive things about them.
