Bella Baby Recenzje

The item that I have ordered came dirty and damaged. I have returned it and never received the refund. I am trying to contact the team for about 4 weeks and nobody is responding. I don't know what has happend, because at the beggining the communication was great

Absolutely 5 star service from Chiara, Ermina, Zlatina and all in Bella Baby.

Sadly the item we wanted was out of stock, the team work tirelessly to contact the suppliers to get hold of this for us. There was no requirement to do so but they went above and beyond to help us.
Chiara checked in on us constantly to give updates on their progress. It's rare to get personal service like this these days, but to all at Bella Baby you strive to give this experience. I will pass on my recommendations to friends and family.

Thanks again for your help.

Highly recommended, Ermina and the rest of team go above and beyond for anything you might need. I’ve been a customer for over 3 years and have never once had an issue with any order or purchase. And their kindness is a big plus too!! The go to place for anything baby!

We purchased an air matress from Bella Baby and when it developed a fault a few months later they helped me arrange a replacment even though I couldn't find the original order email / proof of purchase

repklacement item was confirmed within a few hours and arrived within a week.

What a wonderful company! Ordered the YOYO pram and it was delivered two days later. The backpack was missing so I emailed them and they responded within hours apologising that DPD had failed to collect it but they would do so the following day, which they did and it was delivered today on a Sunday! After only ordering the pram on Wednesday!

Highly recommend this company! Customer service is excellent

I've received massive help finding the right car seat for my 16 months old. They certainly have the very best and popular brands in their store stock which allows you to see the best options in person and try. My babygirl is now very happy and comfy. Great communication, fantastic offers and excellent customer service. I'd highly recommend Bella Baby store!

I bought a pram on the website, and it was dispatched and delivered incredibly fast, with no issues.

Affordable store with products that I struggled to find elsewhere

Highest recommendations, best experience! I had issues with my order. And Bella Baby Team helped straight away with no delay. Took all stress away from me. Seems like in a flash everything was sorted out. Thank you guys ♡

I got a great deal online and they shipped it very quickly. Great service. No issues as all.

Searching for a couple of baby items online I came across Bella baby. They were cheaper than high street stores so placed my order. Both items arrived the next day, I was kept up to date on delivery time. Both items were exactly as I wanted and well packaged. I highly recommend Baby Bella, thank you so much.

Excellent prices, so much cheaper than the high street stores for the same exact branded products. Really fast delivery too.
