I gave one star because you can’t give none. Awful company. I never got my order. They refused to cancel it as they claimed they couldn’t once they’d ordered the item from the supplier. I got excuse after excuse. I eventually got my money back through my banks dispute service. DO NOT USE!

I ordered a sweater from them and the sweater I received would fit a 10yr old child. They said they couldn’t send me a bigger size at it’s one size only. I tried to argue that on the website the sweaters are modelled by adult women so they’re not an accurate representation of the goods.
I got the usual 30% refund or 85% gift card OR return to Albania which would cost me more than the sweater did. I’m fuming 😡
I ordered two shirts from Bella-online.co.uk without looking at any reviews. I got nervous when the email confirmation linked to a tracker I hadn't heard of and my antivirus flagged as suspicious, and I then found the bad reviews here, so I was really nervous. I didn't try the tracker again. The shirts were ordered on 17/9 and arrived today 27/9, within the 6 to 9 business days suggested. They look like their pictures. They are supposed to be cotton/linen and feel like it, but any labels have been cut out. They are well sewn. I don't know if they will last but they were inexpensive. I'm not sure I'll use this site again, but this time all was well (apart from the labels)

Ordered a dress for a wedding, it took over two weeks for it to be delivered.
The dress is unrecognisable from the picture; different colour, shape is weirdly cut and the fabric is unwearable.
They offered a refund if I send it back to Albania, which would cost £18.80 - I'd receive an £11 refund!!
Unless I wanted to take a 85% credit against something else on their site. Unlikely!!
So I haven’t received my product yet after waiting for a week despite the website saying 5 business days. On tracking, I can see the product is still in China and I’m now in high doubt as to the quality of the product I’m going to receive. Looks like a British site but I think that’s a bit of a front! Probably avoid this site

Although UK in the name the product came from China & returns are to ALBANIA (deep in the small print), at purchaser's expense, which costs more than the purchase price.
