Holly at reception was very easy to communicate with and always replied promptly to my questions. She really eased all my anxieties leading up to the delivery day. The delivery and storage of my goods was smooth and seamless. Would really recommend this company.

Great service
Shean and Rhys provided me with an excellent customer service experience at the Belfast branch and have gone above and beyond in regard to their duty.
The facility is sparkling clean, warm and dry. The 24 hour access is great as the traffic is quiet then. I am glad I chose to store my house contents at Belfast self storage.

Friendly and helpful
Such a friendly, helpful team. They are responsive to emails and helpful on the phone. I have used them two years in a row for student storage and have been very happy with the condition of the storage but even more so the good customer service.

Safe, secure and friendly
The staff were always helpful and friendly during my many interactions with them. The facility was always clean and tidy. Most importantly, as a single woman, I felt safe to use the facility outside of office hours. I would highly recommend to family and friends!

Fair Prices, Poor Handling of Payments
The storage facilities were nice and the prices seemed reasonable. However, I would strongly advise against giving your card details over the phone. I faced an issue where an unauthorised payment was taken, and despite raising the matter, I was never refunded. This was very disappointing and left me feeling let down.

Amazing service well ran secure and…
Amazing service well ran secure and reasonably priced. Would highly recommend. The 24 hour access was amazing due to us both working made our house move a million times easier having this service.
The staff are also extremely helpful. Nothing is a bother to them.

Not the cheapest but excellent quality of storage
The storage facitility is not the cheapest but the natural climate environment ensure all the storage items were in perfect condition after 18 months. The storage unit works so well that we rarely had to talk to the staff... but whenever we did they were always polite and helpful.
