I found the whole experience hassle free and the storage location easy to get to from my home and my work.
The rates are very reasonable and I was able to complete the occupation of my storage facility within hours of my initial enquiry

The people who work at the Belfast Storage Duncrue make the place what it is. Rebecca is a star - asking for the delivery drivers to leave the deliveries inside up the ramp is a massive help especially when I can’t be there. We have a good trust now.

Just recently closed my account with Belfast Self Storage. Having relocated back to Belfast from abroad, it has given me great peace of mind knowing that my property was stored in such a great facility! The Units are fantastic and the Staff, headed by Rhys, could not be more helpful or professional!

I relocated to Belfast from England and throughout the booking process I mentioned multiple times in my emails that I wanted to book ground floor unit and also asked them to confirm the same since I was paying for that price. I arrived with the truck load during off-office hours to only find my unit to be on the 2nd floor at the very corner of a long corridor.

I was left Extremely Disappointed with no choice at that point.

The storage unit is easily accessible from M1 motorway. The staff were always helpful and friendly.

Excellent customer service - two girls we dealt with in the office were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The packing boxes purchased are very sturdy and do the job perfectly. Would very highly recommend!

Rebecca and Kelsey are a first class team. Everything explained. I was given a tour of facility and costs discussed. Recommended. I will use again if needed.

The storage facilities were clean and secure, and the reception team were helpful throughout. However, the price increased significantly during my time there, and I was only offered a discount when I mentioned I’d be leaving—despite having asked about this earlier at reception. I also had to chase up my refund, and when my lock had to be cut due to a lost key, no replacement was offered. Overall, decent service but a few issues that could be handled better.

Very clean and safe units! Location was prime and close to the port which made boarding the ferry much easier.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and understood all of my needs and requirements. It was a very good experience even though I had some issues with payment which they were very understanding and patient with. 10/10 business and would gladly use again!
