Josh served us at the Cambridge unit, and gave us time to consider which bed and divan would suit us, providing very helpful advice on materials and springing type. Once we had settled on the bed/divan we discussed price and delivery and agreed a competitive price for the deal . Overall this outlet is very well stocked and the support from Josh was first class. Very pleased to recommend Belfast Beds in Cambridge, thank you.

Great customer service . Jack, left me to look around and try out the beds. There was no pressure, and he lent me a tape measure and answered all my queries.

The bed didn't arrive within the expected time frame but no update was provided until I called. This isn't a huge problem but it helps plan the week if we know what's likely to happen.

Good quality mattress with reasonable prices without long queues

Josh was very friendly and approachable, from the moment I walked into the showroom. Listened attentively to my needs and requirements and without being pushy, recommended 4 mattresses that he felt would meet my needs, and I leisurely laid on them.

It came down to a choice between 2, but very happy with my final choice and price paid. Looking forward to receiving and enjoying my new mattress, along with a good nights sleep and feeling refreshed in the morning.
