Order arrived on time. Outer packaging slightly bashed but inner box was fine and guitar was all good.
Web site was easy to navigate and entering details was fine. Information on guitar had good detail and clear pictures.

Simply Brilliant
The customer service and overall experience from this shop is second to none. The Bromo guitar was out of stock and the restock was delayed because of worldwide demand but as soon as it became available Becketts store informed me and I was lucky enough to purchase. The delivery free and quick. There was a small issue with the tracking number but this was resolved very fast and easily by Dan. So thank you very much and I can't recommend this Store enough they are just fantastic.

The sales person was very helpful and answered all my questions regarding the purchase of a Bromo Travel guitar. The item was despatched the same day and was carefully packaged to ensure the guitar arrived safely and undamaged. This is a quality all solid guitar at a great price. Highly recommend.

Good trustworthy service
Bought from Becketts before and will again. Very pleased with the prices and fast reply to any questions. They promised to let me know when a particular guitar was back in stock and they did. Not all shops do. The guitar was well packed, double boxed. That's important to me as it's an easily damaged instrument.
