Pretty content

Package delivered well wrapped and on time.
Left a star off because the piano key didn’t come with a little rubber toe like the broken one I removed.

Thanks for the review. When you ordered on the webpage the following statement was shown in relation to the small black buffer.

Yamaha have recently changed this product slightly - it is no longer is supplied with the small black rubber buffer pad.

You should remove the rubber pad from your old key and then refit this to your new key.

If you need to purchase the pad please click here.

Goods were therefore supplied as ordered, we appreciate the feedback but I think Yamaha are trying to save plastic/rubber waste, they are on a drive to be more environmentally friendly. I hope that clears up your comments for you and may help other buyers.

All good

All good, special piano parts arrived after relatively short time in good condition. Had to unfold it, but that worked fine. Just the price doubled due to freight and local customs (dummy Brexit)...

Beckett’s were helpful guitar set up poor

Beckett ‘s delivered the product promptly, it was well packed and when I contacted the company the staff replied promptly and were helpful. However, the product was poorly set up it had 2 loose frets, the bridge had to be lowered and the string height at the nut adjusted. It now played well but this cost me £45. The construction of the guitar is very good.
