Alzheimer’s Patient
My husband has Alzheimer’s and experiences nighttime incontinence. We were having serious leaking issues until I discovered the BECAUSE Nighttime Briefs for Men along with the additional pads. This has been a life changing experience for both of us. The fit is much better and he sleeps much better at night now.

These are the best ones I have tried and I've tried a few. I have a chronic cough and when I cough hard I have an accident. These contain the leaks so much better than the rest.

These are the best adult diapers I have found. The absorbency is great so much fewer leak accidents. I have found it works best when I take a sharpie and put an * on the front to help him when he puts them on. He has parkinsons, a traumatic brain injury, and macular degeneration. These help me so much

I receive my order on a timely basis. It is easy to place an order, tho I can't seem to figure out how to subscribe. Also, my last 2 orders have not been correct. I ordered Premium pads and received Maximum.

The best adult diapers in the USA
My husband is a 100%disabled veteran with dementia. I’ve been caring for him for over 4 years. As his dementia has progressed, he has lost control of his bladder. VA does send him the adult diapers, but they do not contain the urine and it becomes messy.
I took a chance when I saw the Because ad and ordered their night adult diapers and their booster pads. They have been a blessing. They have cut my workload by over 90%!
I wouldn’t change them for anything g!

I have been using men’s guards for a numbers of years and they work great. The one issue l have have is l feel that the adhesive side needs to be a bit more adhesive so it adhere stronger to one’s briefs.

I love the overnight pads to wear all the time. I'm a large woman and the length of these are perfect for bigger women. Plus, I don't just leak a little due to some nerve damage. They are easier to change than full briefs during the day. I do use the briefs at night. Comfortable fit. Also, I don't have to stand in line at the store with them in my cart. I'm still young.
