I use the overnight underwear all day. Some days I go thru 1 pr and sometimes 3 per day. I have used Because Market for a few years and from what the store carrys and DME providers have is no match to Because Market underwear, wipes and many other items.

I’ve dealt with bladder leaks for…
I’ve dealt with bladder leaks for decades..since the difficult birth of my third child…not constant leaking…just from not heading to the bathroom in time with a full bladder….i really don’t even think about it much anymore…just change a pad as needed…having a monthly subscription to Because takes all planning out of it…I’ve subscribed for several years…the number of pads I will need every month arrive without any effort on my part…high quality and comfortable…beautiful packaging…although I sometimes wonder if each individual pad needs to be wrapped in plastic…I also like very much their large wipes which I use for a quick wash up when I’m too lazy to shower…handy on trips…they seem to have lots of discounts and I feel the price is very reasonable.

I canceled due to not needing them anymore. You still keep sending to me. I called the number and spoke to someone and they said I would not get anymore. I now have 5 packages and I want to send them back to you.

I appreciate Because for their products and their delivery service. Whenever I contact customer service the reps are always courteous and knowledgeable. The one thing I wish they could do is allow me to extend my subscription delivery to 3-4 months due to my limited storage space.

Love the product
Love the product! Enough to ignore the constant overwhelming number of marketing emails. I can't figure out how to just get updates on my auto ship and stop the marketing! I dislike how hard it is to get into my account! It should just be a username and password. Half the time it takes so long for that idiot email link to show up, if it shows up, I have had to move on to something else in my day. Really should be just email and a passcode. It's just ordering pads, not financial information!

Because Overnight Protective Underwear…
Because Overnight Potective Underwear are the best I have tried. Having had my bladder removed due to cancer, then replaced by a “ neo- bladder” makes control of nighttime urination a challenge. I tried the Depends products and the Tena products. Neither brought me the restful sleep time I get wearing Because Overnight Protective Underwear.

Everything I tried had seals that just didn’t contain the amount of fluid I was excreting. Heard about Because online and decided to try them out. Seals were great and they were able to contain my leakage. Also controlled odors, especially when out in public. Easy to wear and dispose of. I feel like I got part of my life back… Because is dependable and I won’t use any other brand

Leakage
I went all in and tried this product. I had tried the overnight briefs, the overnight pads, the day pads and they all leaked from the sides resulting in urine running down my legs and my underwear soaked with urine. All these products have a thinner cotton value which makes them more comfortable, which I like but the absorbency value is not there. I really had positive expectations when I purchased all of these products I listed above but unfortunately they just don't provide the absorbency they claim or the lock away wetness in comparison to another brand. I've been using the above incontinence supplies for a month I was hoping my bad experience was just a fluke but unfortunately the leakage has and did occurred every time. I am 51 and suffer from MS.

If my wipes could talk....
I ordered 12 packs of XL wipes (48 wipes per pack), so I understand this was a heavier shipment. However, that does not excuse the condition in which the package arrived.
The shipping bag was torn in multiple places, punctured, and partially open, exposing the contents inside.
It appears the package was either mishandled during transit or was not packaged adequately for the weight of the order.
Thankfully, nothing appears to be missing, but customers should not receive packages that look like they were dragged through the delivery process. Had the tears been any larger, items could have easily fallen out or been damaged.
I expect better care and quality control when shipping large orders.
📦 Heavy package? Yes. 📦 Acceptable condition? No.

Product is great. Service is lousy. Delivery is supposed to be monthly. I get notifications every 2 months. Unacceptable!! Please correct this issue immediately. I run out and have to go to Target to supplement my needs.

I have found that you're advertising is point on. Your underwear does hold a whole bottle of water or one output of urine with with no leaks. Sometimes I might even go twice before I can change into new pants and still no leaks.
