I loved andrew massage he’s done a really good job, I feel like a new person

This is the second time I celebrated my birthday at the Montcalm Spa and again I'm never disappointed! Customer service is lovely and efficient, me and my partner were basically the only one in there and we enjoyed all the services, plus a 50 minutes of massage.
I will come back for sure!

Amazing!! The spa therapist was wonderful and made the experience overall very relaxing, the treatments were great and definitely worth the price for a relaxing day out!

Lovely spa experience with my daughter this morning. Excellent massage, use of facilities and glass of bubbly. Very relaxed atmosphere - lovely friendly receptionist and great location of hotel etc - would recommend.

I went back for the second time for a one hour spa access and a 50 minute massage experience. The staff were very polite and helpful. The receptionist explained everything I needed to know well. I had my spa access first. I used their jacuzzi and sauna. I wanted to use their steam room. Unfortunately it was being fixed when I went there.

I enjoyed the sauna most. The temperature was just right, not too hot and not too cold.

After an hour's use of the spa facilities I waited for my 50 minute massage. I had the same masseur as when I previously visited. She remembered and took full account of my physical ailments. She seemed to be very knowledgeable about how to address my physical ailments by way of the right type of massage. She was also very polite and friendly.

I was very impressed by the masseur and my overall spa experience that I have booked and paid for one of their massage packages.

An amazing Birthday Gift spa day - excellent location. Enter to the main reception and Greeted by a very warm welcome Receptionist. Down stairs to the Spa, I was greeted with another cheerful and warm welcome Receptionist. Great first impression.

The facilities were clean, relaxed and stylish. The staff were all professional, helpful and friendly. My spa treatment was blissful and very relaxing. Had a glass of bubbly to end the perfect afternoon.

Never ever been to a spa! This was so chill and lovely not over the top but just a lovely, crisp, clean and relaxing atmosphere. Receptionist was a lovely young lady who was super helpful and attentive. The other staff were also just as lovely and helpful. Would come back!

Very nice place and good service staff.

First experience was nice, receptionist Hommas was very polite and friendly and massues Sundar and Rossa were good. Was a surprise gift for a friends birthday in October 2022, everything else was also quite nice. However, did not appreciate the inconcencious attitude of not allowing us to re-schedule a booking that we were unable to attend due to an unforeseen circumstance December 2022. Regardless of cancellation period, it would not have affected anything to have us re-book. Whatever happened to customer satisfaction. Very poor efforts in reaching out or trying to make the situation better. Don't think we'll be coming back again.

The spa experience was very lovely and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Hossam at the reception at beauty and melody was very lovely and friendly. His customer experience was very spot on and I can’t thank him enough for his service.

The spa massage was very lovely. Both massage therapist (Rosa and Sundar) was very good and they explained everything very detail. They were calm and gentle. Loved every bit of it. Will definitely be coming back.

Great laser experience with Hiba who was very thorough and made me feel very comfortable. The salon has the newest machine and Hiba was confident in using it, clearly familiar with the technology.

I booked a message for myself and husband for our anniversary. Our credit card was charged and we did not receive a confirmation email, terms and conditions or contact details for the spa. We had to contact the hotel central reservation number which is unfortunately not linked to the spa. We were on hold for over an hour only to be informed we were not going to get our full treatment. I pleaded with the spa attendant who only did the massage for 15 - 20 minutes instead of the 50 minutes we paid for. We paid £170 for our spa experience which we never got to enjoy.

I made a complaint to the manager who failed to contact me to resolve the matter.

I contacted them several times. She finally called me back. I voiced my concerns that they failed to
1.send a confirmation email with the spa contact details
2.provide the spa terms and conditions

I was informed by Gemma that they do not provide a confirmation email nor do they provide terms and conditions for clients to be well informed regarding the business processes. I requested for a refund to which she responded in the email attached.

I would AVOID booking here!!!!! Scammers who take your money and do not provide terms and conditions nor do they provide a booking confirmation. This does not cater to people with disabilities such as people with memory loss or hearing problems. Terms and conditions were NOT mentioned over the phone at the time of booking.

I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO THE TRADING STANDARDS!! They messed with the wrong person!

Avoid even though the venue is pretty! My laser hair removal therapist said 'if you get burned it's not a problem for you it's a problem for me because I lose my job'. How can you say or even think that? It would most definitely be traumatic for the patient who is burned and has to bear a scar their whole life than a beauty attendant who can find a job at any salon. The laser hair removal therapists are NOT WELL TRAINED on the product. They receive a generic certification and cannot answer basic questions about how the treatment works (which fluency is best for me, how will different fluencies affect my results). The staff also dont take feedback in the room. Imagine you're lying naked with a woman that has a laser hot device and shes not moving the stick fast enough so you feel intense heat when it rests in one area. I tried to tell her the stick isnt moving fast enough and she said it is...they woud do better to make the customer comfortable than to asset their authority. Staff was also aggressively trying to sell their product and when you didnt show interest they'd bring it up again and again. The manager is aggressive and rude (if you think you'll get better service by elevating an issue to her think again- she's 10x worse than anyone there), therapists are not trained to have genuine concern over customer well- they are more concerned with pleasing the manager than solving for a good customer experience. This branch used to be great a few years ago, but the management as really fallen off a cliff even though the venue is pretty.

I do Laser Hair removal here with Victoria, she’s very good and takes time doing the treatment. I saw results directly after the 2nd Laser appointment.
I really recommend their work with the laser.

Terrible service. the stylist didn’t wear a proper mask but just the stupid visor that is open underneath. When I requested her to wear a mask because this is not safe for me if she sneezes or something, and asked for the manager the manager came ( image her name ) and said I can only have a quick dry and leave. Shame on you. I asked for a proper blow dry and Nina the stylist said I m not going to do it for you..Shame. At least they gave me back the 20 pounds I paid in advance to book.left with wet hair
