I’ve been in industry since I was 16, the entire time I’ve shopped at beautopia (in store only until this experience) and I’ve only had great experiences until now. The colour line I use isn’t sold in my local store anymore so I used my pro account to purchase from online so I can access the specific line. It has been almost two weeks and I have not only not received my order, it has not been sent and whoever is in charge of the online store and social media pages has not responded to a single message or email despite me sending 2 social media messages and 3-4 emails. Im absolutely disgusted with the online store and I’ve since had to rush order the colours I desperately need via another store, paying express shipping so that I can use the colour I desperately need. I will not be shopping online at beautopia again, I’ll utilise other suppliers and I will also be contacting fair trade if I do not receive my order or a response
AVOID THIS WEBSITE!
I ordered 2 products on the 7/3/24, it is currently the 31/3/24, and I have not had any update since the 9/3/24 about the whereabouts of my order. Extremely disappointing considering the products I bought were not cheap, and I could potentially be loosing money worth over $100 (which is not ideal in this economy especially for only 2 products). Do not order from this site if you don’t want to lose your money!!!! I usually never leave reviews but I have never had any experience like this from any other company!

Do not purchase from this business. I purchased 3 x Jeval Marshmellow bottled. They arrived with broken caps/nozzles. Emailed them twice and still no reply. I requested replacement products or full refund. Poor business & customer service.
Terrible customer service
I ordered some products on the 17th of December, more than a week before Christmas. I emailed customer service 10 days later to query if they would be posting the item before New Years (I had hoped to use it by then). I had a response days later. They apologised for the delay (no reason why there was one) said they would follow up with the warehouse and would upgrade my shipping to express.
I left it at that, but another week went by so I replied and asked them if the item was coming soon and did they want me to pay for express (even though originally upgraded fo free). No response. I finally had an update via the Aus Post app, saying the item was coming as regular parcel post, which took yet another week. It finally arrived on the 12th of Jan too late for me to use for Christmas or New Year.
My items took almost 4 weeks to arrive from date of purchase (even with Christmas and New Years - but no note on their website to mention delays or backups). They didn't upgrade me to express as promised and barely reponded to emails. I have made 3 orders with them in the past and have never had an issue. A follow up email with an apology would be great as I was messed around. Bad customer service, shoddy logistics. They have lost a customer.
Too slow, too little care.
They took over a fortnight to ship my order, failed to respond to emails until AFTER the order had shipped, and the courier they used to ship simply dropped the parcel in the front garden - in the pouring rain - rather than taking the four extra steps to leave it on our porch. I will NOT be using this service again and would caution others against it.

Terrible Customer Service - AVOID
Ordered on the 16-11-22 and it’s 06-11-22 and still not received order. Have sent three emails and they respond with a smiley face but no customer service. Awful won’t use again. AVOID.
Only received one of the hair color…
Only received one of the hair color packets so I emailed customer service and was given a refund which is still a huge inconvenience because what am I going to do with one hair color pack when my hair requires two. I will have to order a separate one which won’t meet minimum order price for free shipping. They didn’t ask if I wanted another one to be sent again which was also quiet annoying.
Then only to find that a hair spray that I ordered was faulty with leaks in the lid. The nozzle was loose and was spraying in liquid forms instead of a fine mist. Which clumps the hair and it was leaking down my arm. I emailed them again with photos and told them I can send them a video proof if they need and that I wanted to know what my options were (refund or replacement). The person replied saying they will send a replacement 14 days ago with no tracking code or any further information. So disappointed in the service from start to finish. Don’t waste your time and money.

I have already had a bad experience with the online store so I drive 40mins to go to the store to get my supplies. I went in to purchase Jeval colour and get some advice as I don’t personally use the product my girlfriend (hairdresser) uses it on me because I am highly allergic to PPD. My girlfriend uses another brand in her salon so we are not 100% on Jeval product knowledge. Don’t bother asking they want help and are so rude. The manger was saying I was wanting a consultation 😱 what a b#*/s”&t excuse she just wanted me out of the store and didn’t what to help. Sorry isn’t that your job!! Why are they paying someone that doesn’t what to sell products and help with product knowledge.

Have some products not use and try contacting them for return but they just want take hand off and try excuse "Oh that our policy. Blah..blah" what's kind of company and policy??? Very disappointed 😞 & angry about the way they treat to their loyalty customer. Should get supply from other company when first start better 😡
BEWARE
I placed an order with Beautopia that was never finalised but that didn't stop them from charging both PayPal and Afterpay! Now I don't have the order and am out of pocket $88 as Afterpay refuses to refund me and Beautopia says they never received an order! Scammers!!!
