I have most likely been scammed, should have checked this website before placing order. Nothing arrived, "customer service" keep replying with vague excuses. I have opened a refund request through PayPal which will probably lead nowhere. Stay away from these people!

Red flag after red flag no tracking but had been posted 1st then all equipment when down as I should of read on trust pilot first then my gut feeling was right so started a case on paypal 😀 probably end up 40dolkars out of pocket

Never purchase anything. The order form fools you that everything looks ok and can be trusted but after more than 3 months I have not received my product (collagen hair mask). Their customer support email is replying with some excuses that the delivery is in transit but it is stuck somewhere with no update. So better save your money and don’t buy anything from beautifuldeer.

I didn’t not receive what I ordered and when I contacted the seller they said their warehouse verified the accuracy of what was sent. I sent pictures of my invoice and what I received and they still wouldn’t do anything. They would give a refund if I paid to have it shipped back to China. Not worth it. Be cautious.

The package i ordered was stolen by the gangsters of colisprive. In situations like this, you have to contact the shipper of the package in order for them to check what went wrong, however, when I did contact them, they just told me “it’s delivered” and didn’t offer any help at all. Apparently, they are just as much a bunch of thieves as Colisprive. Will never order again, as its just money theft.

Warning, it’s a scam! They don’t send what they show in the pictures. Extremely long shipping times (1 month). Don’t buy from them. I spent €35, and they offered me a $2 refund for a broken plastic dragon made with a 3D printer. Don’t buy from them!

Scammers! Send 1.00 store products! They do not send what is pictured. I want a refund!! Im disappointed and should have know better! They need to do the right thing and refund! They scam people daily and I had to learn the hard way! November 10th is when I ordered! Should have known after it took a month in half to receive it!

Do not buy products from this company. Advertise prices in incorrect currency, don't follow through on refunds for faulty products. Poor quality products and poor customer service! Stay clear!!!!

Received my spin rocket in a damaged box, and item had pieces that needed to be glued. This was supposed to be a gift, cannot gift this in this condition!
Company would not issue refund or a return label.

Very poor customer service, no obvious place to check on orders, no support, no transit info even though tracking numbers are given ... no product delivery after 2 months! Order confirmed through paypal April 17,2024-order shipped supposedly June 3rd -First inquiry about delivery June 5th, Customer service said checking with supplier, given a new tracking # that goes only to Beautifuldeer, yeilding no information except for option to re-purchase the item ordered at a reduced rate ... as if I would ever buy from them again. BEWARE this is a fraudulent dealer.

I purchased the expandable faux fense. And recieved tiny little pieces of plastic. Not expandable at all . $350 down the drain. This sight is advertising a product & they dont ship you the same item.

I ordered 5 garden panels. I THOUGHT they were 1 metre x 1 metre, after waiting WEEKS, they arrived today and are TINY..... ABSOLUTE RUBBISH!!!! Do not order from this company. What you receive is NOTHING LIKE they advertise.

I bought a National Geographic rocket from them and it arrived crushed after being shipped from England in a plastic bag- shocker. I told them I wanted to return it for credit and the offered $3 credit, then upped the offer to $5. It cost over $40. Zero customer service and zero integrity.

I ordered a National Geographic rocket launcher toy, and they charged me $8.86 for California state taxes on a $29.99 purchase. I tried to contact them, and their website doesn't work. When I clicked on the link in Trustpilot, it warned me that it wasn't a secure site.

I ordered a Christmas stocking for my son early December with guaranteed delivery by Christmas. I have emailed customer service approximately 10 times they just reply its on the way!! This is just crazy I would advise no one to order from this company- don't know if it is a scam or not be completely unacceptable way to operate a business

Ordered tactical Stockings Dec 5, 2023 and just received them Jan 19, 2024. They aren't even correct items. They were guaranteed by December 22, 2023. Let's see how customer service deals with it for me....
