Beautiful Betsy Recenzje 

Since posting the below review BB have reached out to me and refunded me all my delivery costs. Thank you BB, just wish this happened without my having to post this review as I only wanted what was fair as a customer.
Here is my original post ….
“I do not give one star lightly.
I ordered a Grace hair topper on 6 August and paid £595 for the hair plus £7.80 for DPD home delivery.
The hair arrived 17 days later with no correspondence from BB as to why it was taking so long. When the hair arrived it was in an opened and damaged box with the hair hanging out of it. The hair was totally unprotected and looked as if it had been taken out of the box prior to being delivered.
I have been wearing hair toppers for years and never received one so poorly packaged.
I contacted BB and they were rather nonplussed about it all. Within 1 1/2 hours of receiving the package I had returned it via their online instructions at a cost to me of £5.99. After chasing up about my refund I was reimbursed on 10 September for the hair only (£595) and not for their choice of poor delivery service.
I accept I should stand the cost of delivery and return if this was a change of mind but it wasn’t. This was a faulty delivery with a delivery company of their choosing.
I always judge a company by their customer service and this company has failed.”

Such wonderful service from people who really understand hair loss and its effects. I bought Iris a couple of years ago but only by watching Paula’s videos did I realise I needed to customise the piece to really make it work. I’m now wearing it and nobody has noticed !!!! Exactly the reaction I wanted. I’ve also bought Agnes which I need to lighten. I’m desperate to try Clara when I can. Thank you Paula and the team.

Watching the Youtube videos gave me the confidence to order. I am more than delighted with my purchase.

I have followed BB on social media for sometime but unfortunately I couldn’t afford one of their toppers but then Agnes came up and it was the perfect price point for me. I ordered one and she came within days. I have worn toppers for over 10 years and have had many hit and misses. Agnes is definitely a hit for me because she is such low density which is exactly what I need, most toppers are just too thick and do not look right on me. My only gripe is that I’m having to get used to the mono top as I’ve been used to a silk top but I’ve purchased some scar tape so that should help. All in all it’s a lovely topper and I’m hoping there may be some more colour options in the future 🤞

I’m reviewing the online session I did with one of the BB experts. This was a discussion about what I needed help with and what would suit me best. It was a brilliant session where we went over all the ins and outs of the hair toppers available, how to wear them, style them, take care of them, colour them etc. She was very knowledgeable, was understanding of my hair loss woes and allayed my fears over how easy it was to wear a hair topper. Currently saving to make a purchase which I’ll definitely be doing as soon as I can. Strongly recommend if you’re suffering from thinning hair and don’t know which way to turn and you want to talk to someone about it.

From the one to one with Pip, to the receiving of my Grace, it was a smooth and efficient process. Pips passion for helping others regain their confidence & shine is obvious, and made me feel so reassured. I feel that I’m back to being me again, and love that there are no more ‘bad hair days’

Piece of happiness 😊 perfection the base is small but enough,the base sits absolutely 💯 flat BUT I can place the parting and give root lift in what way I wish, and for me that's just FABULOUS 👌bigger caps mean more hair, then I myself feel out of my own safety zone, I understand that we all need different solutions in life to help us go forward and feel happier, but for myself bigger is not Better,Agnes is well she's great ❤ I pop her on and I pop her off,this takes me less then a minute,What more could I be looking for or even ever find my felling is ABSOLUTELY 💯 nothing,the ends of the hair is just so lovely it just blends with no effort at all from me.And that's why I call Betsy my happy place 😊 well pop over to the website take a look at Paula's collection and with no Doubt I really do believe what ever you yourselfs are looking for it will be waiting for you and JUST enjoy Betsy she's your friend for years to come bye from me and Enjoy her I have a strong feeling you will xx

I purchased a Betsy hair topper some years ago, it has made a huge difference to my confidence and I cannot praise Paula and her team enough for the advice and support given. Would highly recommend to anyone experiencing hair loss to have a consultation.

I bought Lois in the colour Conker last year after treatment for breast cancer. I'd only lost some of my hair at the front of my head and I'd lost confidence.
Since then I wear her almost daily and I feel so much better about myself. I get compliments on my hair from people who don't know about her!
She even made it all the way to the finals of Britain's Got Talent with me and my choir!

I went to a 1-1 consultation in Chester and oh my what a life changer for me. I came home a different woman, confident and felt so feminine for the first time in years. I so wish I had found Beautiful Betsy years ago as I have had fine and thin hair all my life and now I feel fabulous. My hairdresser trimmed it to my normal style so it just blends in perfectly and the colour match is fantastic. I now have the hair that I envy on other women and have had soo many compliments. Please, if you are unsure or a bit nervous go and have a consultation, believe me it’s so worth it.

Great products, delivered in a timely fashion. The videos on you tube make it so easy to style your new piece. Fab!

I purchased my first betsy 5 years ago after a consultation with Paula. It was a big change for me and she was helpful every step of the way. I have since purchased 3 more toppers and am very excited to try one of the new products that have recently been released.

I am on my second hair topper from Beautiful Betsy, fantastic caring team! Also attended one of the in-person try-it-on evenings in Bath, with personal advice from the team. Being in the room with others in the same hair loss boat made me realise I am definitely not alone and I can look marvelous!

Betsy have some of the most beautiful and natural looking hairpieces I've come across. I only wish I was blonde, as sadly they don't match my mixed dark and grey hair. I continue to wish for a wider range of colours.

I purchased the iris baby base (I have a small head) very happy with colour - had an on line consult with Sam who recommended shade and the route smudge for a natural look. It was tricky to fix the parting so in the end I cut in a fringe with a centre parting and it was much more straightforward to fit. I loved how it looked and received so many compliments. One major problem: frequent use resulted in the metal clips pulling out my own hair with noticeable breakage and bald patches appearing. I took a 3 month break from Betsy to allow regrowth and now only wear her on special occasions for added va va boom. If you have fine fragile hair - wearing Betsy every day might not be for you.

I’ve purchased 5 blondie grace hair toppers from Beautiful Betsy over the last 7 years and everyone of them has been fantastic. Paula and her team offer a superb service and are able to help with any advice you may need. My life has been transformed by wearing these incredible toppers! People cannot believe it’s not my own hair. You can wash, colour and style your Betsy to suit you. Thank you BB your videos and frequently asked question are always so informative and helpful. 👏👏😊

Can’t describe what a difference my Beautiful Betsy has made to me every single day. No more ducking out of the way from photos in case my thinning scalp is visible. No more trying to style and spray my hair exactly into place to hide it.

Beautiful Betsy are the best and affordable toppers ever ,easy to use great quality and so natural looking ,I colour mine and have a fringe cut into and nobody has ever noticed it’s actually not my own hair ,gave me back my confident and make me feel beautiful every day xx

Very helpful consultation with Pip in Dartmouth and my first Betsy arrived two weeks later - little Agnes. Really versatile and perfect for this hot weather. Hope to order more in future. Would highly recommend.
