I ordered my topper and it came in time in lovely packaging. The topper was not for me but that was nothing to do with the quality. It was just as described. The quality was lovely and the colour perfect. I just didn't feel I was quite ready to need one after trying it on. When I'm ready I will definitely go back. The customer service was excellent with a no hassle refund process. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and anyone else.

It was so lovely to meet Paula, who shares all those inspiring videos! I had the chance to try on several different hair toppers, and seeing the transformation in the mirror was amazing. It really opened my eyes to how much of a difference the right topper can make and gave me a real boost of confidence.
I would definitely recommend booking a consultation. I'm now looking forward to placing my order very soon and couldn't be more excited about my new hair!

I visited Beautiful Betsy for a 1-2-1 consultation today and was extremely happy with the whole experience. I was greeted by Paula, the owner and Yve who put me at ease straight away. They had a selection of toppers to show me based on my needs, gave me help and advice but most of all the confidence to purchase my first hair topper. There was no pressure to purchase, no sales pitch, just good honest advice based on personal experience. I can’t thank them enough for their help and will definitely be back to purchase more hair soon, in fact, I’m already a bit obsessed. For all you ladies who are scrolling at night, wishing for better hair, Beautful Betsy is for you, you won’t regret it xx

The products are excellent absolutely beautiful and of a good quality, ordering is easy online, the Betsy team are really helpful. I have Grace and Mollie pieces love them both. Lots of colours available and options for shadow roots, fringes and face framing layering if you want it.

I would like to praise Beautiful Betsy for their expertise. Yve & Karis deserve a mention, for their patience (!) and perseverance for me to find the right piece. It took a while to find my best colour match. Now I have, I have another on order. I love BB's social media posts and their website is full of information, giving you confidence to make your piece perfect for you. This is a company that sells good quality without outrageous prices. Recommend without hesitation.

I ordered the perfect blonde originally but it wasn't quite right for me so I asked to exchange it. I asked them to recommend an upgrade for my trio blonde agnes which I love, but wanted something more premium. Amelia recommended their Clara topper in diamond. The return was straight forward and Clara duly arrived, and she is absolutely perfect! The hair is light density and beautifully soft, and a fantastic colour match for me. Thank you so much for the great service and a fabulous quality topper at a great price!

I had a video consultation and we decided on Agnes to begin with .The consultation was a good process the consultant knowledgeable and also put me at my ease . We had shared hair loss and she showed me the different looks with the different hair pieces . She also helped me get the VAT free option as my hair loss is medical. She also ran through how to look after her , what products to use , what colour to go with and how to add more depth ie highlights etc and how to order and left me to make my choice .Agnes came really quickly and don’t be alarmed but out of the box if you have curly hair like me you have to add the curls to make it your own . My hairdresser sorted low lights cut in the fringe and styled her and it looks fab . You will have to learn to curl her if you want her curly, or you can order a non returnable curly one .
Overall this small business takes so much care and supports you through all options of hair loss with sensitivity and compassion. They are also not ripping you off like some businesses. Go with them you won’t be disappointed.

I took my wife today to Beautiful Betsy Bath, I can genuinely say from a male perspective the customer service from PiP and Eve was fantastic. Several hair toppers were shown and each one was tried several times as it’s impossible to choose which is the best as they are such great quality. If you’re thinking of booking a consultation I would not hesitate and just do it you won’t be disappointed. We ended up buying two pieces which give different looks and density and are great value for money. Thanks again Pip and Exe for a great experience.

A wonderful experience from start to finish. Paula was so kind and understanding and nothing was too much trouble. I tried on lots of different toppers and could not believe the difference they made. I have lupus and have lost patches of hair from my fringe back along the top of my head. I went home with Agnus and on the last minute Grace also. I love them both. Agnus is my every day hair and I am no longer self conscious going to work. I feel like me again! Ive had so many compliments on my new ‘highlights’ and have been told I look years younger. I had such a lovely experience today visiting Beautiful Betsy in Bath, well worth the journey.i was made to feel so welcome from the moment I arrived. My concerns were listened to and dealt with. Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, put me completely at ease. Absolutely no pressure, just truly great advice which is exactly what I needed. I can’t recommend this amazing company enough, I will definitely buy from them again. I am writing this review having just arrived home. I tried my ‘Agnes’ on immediately and I’m still wearing her. Unable to wear and wouldn't let me return. Hair topper was not created for thin hair at front it looks horrendous. I paid alot of money and wanted to return it but as I had the roots coloured before delivery they won't.
It's alot of money to lose, wish their terms were different to return them. Definitely not recommended wish if never bought from them.

After suffering hair loss at the front I decided the time had come to look for a topper. Beautiful Betsy was the one that stood out from all the rest and I am so very glad I picked them. Nothing is too much trouble for the girls and my special thanks to Karis who was so knowledgeable and helped me decided to go for their Margot topper. The quality of the hair is so good and it matches perfectly with my own. My advice to anyone looking for a topper would be go to Beautiful Betsy - you won't regret it. Lynne

I am over the moon with my “Agnes” feather light hair topper, the quality is fabulous. The service from BB is brilliant, so helpful in advising me of a suitable piece for my hair thinning pattern and when it came it just perfect and because of the light density it looks so natural and undetectable, its amazing how such a little piece of hair makes such a difference to your confidence. Plus is so easy to put on and feels like nothing on your head so light and much better than more expensive ones i have had previously from other retailers. I will definitely be buying more from BB

I’ve been experiencing hair loss now for over 20 years and this has become increasingly worse over the last few years at the hairline and parting. I stumbled across this company on Instagram. This is my third topper and best one by far and really good value. So natural and easy to blend. The BB team were amazing and recommended the Agnes Sandy Blonde which is perfect. My hairdresser put a light fringe and trimmed slightly. I feel like myself again after all these years ❤️ thank you BB team look forward to continue to being part of your tribe x

Took me a long time to find my perfect topper fit and I am so happy that I finally found it with Agnes. All the information on social media, the videos, the customer support, the fantastic value for money made my decision easy. My needs for a topper are more an issue of vanity, my hair is flat and thin, but I could do without a topper. With Agnes I feel so much younger and prettier. Friends ask me if I have a new hairstyle and they can't believe it when I say it is a topper, Agnes perfectly blends in with my hair, totally invisible and because it is so light, very natural. It feels a bit strange at the beginning but one needs to try a bit and suddenly it fits. My hairdresser gave it a styling trim and now I do not feel it at all anymore on my head, it surprisingly has become a part of me. Outstanding quality and unrivalled customer service!
This was my first experience ordering a hair topper and needless to say I was somewhat quite hesitant. The support I received was amazing. I had placed an order then changed my mind on the colour, that was swiftly sorted. Agnes arrived and despite being the most affordable on the range it was absolutely perfect so I cancelled my in person appointment, I emailed in the morning and was refunded straight away. Hair loss is incredibly stressful and disheartening but Beautiful Betsy will change your life and really help with the transition to wearing a hair topper. Plenty of online content to answer any questions! I will definitely be ordering some more.
