I don't normally write reviews, but my experience with this company has been so frustrating. I wish I had read the reviews before buying. DON'T BUY FROM HERE!!! First of all, shipping takes forever, and the communication is so terrible. I asked to cancel my order as it was taking forever, and I looked at the reviews. They replied, saying they would try and cancel it, then a whole day later, it got shipped, and they sent an email saying it was too late. Then, when the item finally arrived, it was cheap-looking, and for the money, not worth it. So I emailed for a return and then you have to pay for your own postage and send pictures of your item which is strange. Then they have a 7-10 day inspection process once they have received the item, very strange. It had been 8 days, and as soon as I emailed an angry email, I got notified of a refund. Anyway, thank god I got my money back.... but don't bother buying from here it's not worth the stress. Thankfully this over a month of back and forth emails with this company is finally over

Absolute scam of a company. Shipping takes forever which is stated on their website to be fair, clothing I actually did like and didn’t think the quality was bad at all but returned one pair of trousers and still waiting for my refund over 2 weeks later. Initially the customer service was responsive however when it comes to returns they go silent and don’t get back to you. Waiting on a £70 refund which in this climate is a lot of money. Appalling service and would not recommend shopping here to anyone. Should’ve read the reviews first as everyone saying the same.

I ordered 2 scarves, okay no big deal. It said my order arrived but I didn’t even receive a package. The customer service did nothing, literally nothing. Shame.
Oh and nearly forgot to mention that 2 little scarves took 4 weeks to “arrive”. No words….

UPDATE: They made me a refund of the scarves that never arrived. The customer service was attentive enough to ask if I received my refund. (3 november 2025 I received the refund)

Pretty bad experience, wasted so much money on a piece that is personally not worth the price, had to pay extra fee of 25 eur upon delivery of the package, the size was simply too big for me and I now was told I can't even return it. I vividly recommend to avoid this brand.

Everything on the site can be found on aliexpress, quite literally just take a screenshot and image search on aliexpress and there you have it. it’s a drop shipping scam with a ridiculously gross markup for clothing they do not design or manufacture, do not be fooled by the styling and aesthetic on the site or their social medias. Avoid at all costs, plastic overpriced garbage.

The parcel got lost. Sizes are hard to chose as for even slim men, they are indicating XL or even bigger. The Shop Service isnt helpful in solving issues. Don’t buy here!

Worst clothing company I’ve ever seen.
You should never buy from them.
The packages are sent separately and they don’t tell you but you have to pay huge border fees in addition to the abusive shipping fee.
The clothes are not the same as on the website, the quality is terrible and they have many defects.
More, I’ve just seen if you want to return something it’s entirely on you to assume costs once again. And they don’t accept refunds on sales items that “might come with defects”. Wtf ?

The price is unacceptable because even the cut of the clothes are wrong so you can’t even wear it..

Update 29/10 :
I’ve already contacted your support directly after receiving the first half of the order and seeing I had to add 30€ more to grab my jacket. Jacket that actually looks nothing like what you market online, the hood looking like a which hat.
I asked you for a full refund with cancellation of the order and non shipment of the missing items, which you answered politically giving no additional value, and not coming back to me with a solution.
I’m thus here with 170€ being spent on a terrible material including a 55€ shipment that lasted more than a month to receive the full package.

I get you’re building your stuff in china and your brand is drop shipping, but you could at least respect your clients proposing the least quality as most brands do.
Terrible experience overall, and I don’t even know what to do with that stuff since you don’t reply to my emails!

In short, I asked for a refund on a final sale jacket and they gave it to me with no hassle.

This was my first purchase from Beaulares and, bc the jacket was final sale, I knew the order was a risk. I love the jacket but received it in the wrong size. It was then sold out so an exchange wasn't an option and I was afraid a refund wouldn't be easy on a final sale item BUT they were more than accommodating // they issued the refund and asked that I do not worry about shipping the item back to them. Through that short and painless process, they were totally accountable and apologetic.

Supplemental but I love the style of Beaulares clothes - you can tell the team has a great eye for what they do. Not a diss to other reviews but everyone should read the item description, material details, sizing measurements/conversions, etcetera because the website is not misleading. Barring the size error, I received the item exactly as described and truly do love it.

Dovevo fidarmi delle recensioni fin da subito. Ho acquistato un bomber 3 settimane fa, continuavo a non ricevere alcun tipo di aggiornamento riguardo allo stato dell’ordine. L’unica risposta che ricevevo era riguardo a dei ritardi per maltempo. Il maltempo non può essere durato 3 settimane, ho dovuto fare il rimborso che sto ancora aspettando.

Do not buy from this company. The product is drop shipped from china so it takes weeks for it to arrive. The product is cheap and doesn’t fit well , not like the image on the website at all. For refunds you have to pay to ship the item back from china. I wish I had read the reviews before placing an order it’s a complete con

Customer service were very responsive and helped me sort out a refund. Jeans were slightly too tight round the waist but nice style - great customer service.

I got my refund quickly right after I cancelled my order ! It was amazing as they were very responsive !

Please don’t buy anything from them. They won’t accept returns by saying your items were on the ‘final sale’.

Took three weeks + for the products to arrive. Poor quality. Not 100% cotton but 100% acrylic plastics. Now it's "too late" to return because they accept only within 14 days of receipt. But the package took longer. Email replies very slow and not consistent. HUGE SCAM. I feel super dumb falling for this 'sale'.

One of the worst companies I have ever bought from. The jacket was a horrendously cheap quality for the price that I paid and, when I tried to return it, they said that I wasn't allowed (which is illegal might I add due to UK laws allowing for a 14 day cooling off period). The whole back and forth process with the (incredibly awful) customer service took over a month and I eventually only got a refund as my credit card issued a chargeback for me. PLS PLS AVOID!!! Absolute SCAMMERS!

Bitte nicht auf die schönen Fotos reinfallen. Mir hat kein Kleidungsstück gepasst, obwohl ich mehrere Größen größer bestellt habe (2XL). Auf Nachfrage kam heraus, dass die Konfektionsmaße für Männer und Frauen gleich sind...ich müsste 6XL bestellen, damit ich ein Hemd tragen kann, und ich trage Normalerweise Herrengröße L. Meine Freundin, Frauengröße S, hat super in die 2XL "Herrengröße" reingepasst. Leider ist alles aus billigem Plastik und fühlt sich wirklich nicht wertig an...wie 1€ Kleidung von Primark. Falls ihr bestellt und es zurückschicken wollt, weil es Scam Ware ist, dürft ihr die Rücksendekosten natürlich selbst tragen...versichert nach China. PayPal entschied zu Gunsten des Verkäufers, weil "nichts kaputt war oder gefehlt hat". Falsche Größenangaben, bzw. Kleidung in Frauenmaßen an Herren zu verkaufen ist anscheinend völlig in Ordnung für den Verkäufer und Paypal. Also Vorsicht geboten und lieber wo anders bestellen.
