Due to international shipping and some delays around the Lunar New Year holiday, delivery times were a bit longer than usual — though I do want to gently note that this timeframe was shared on our website before you placed the order. Still, I completely understand how frustrating the wait must have been.

I also want to apologize that the printed instructions were missing from the box. It's possible the manual was lost during transit. We are currently working on a digital version of the instructions, which is taking a bit of time to complete. I promise you — as soon as it's ready, we will email it to you directly. You mentioned not receiving any email updates. I checked and saw that we did send an order confirmation email to doclane@gmail.com on March 10th. It may have gone to your spam folder — but to be safe, I've just resent it. Please check your inbox (and spam) when you get a chance.

You also asked about the insurance you paid for. The insurance ensures that if your package is lost or damaged during transit, we will send you a free replacement. If your order does arrive with any issues, please reach out to us — we will do everything we can to help you.
