I booked a 3-night break at this hotel it is very unique and clean the grounds are amazing with statues and waterfall and other water features I've never seen it like this anywhere else I've stayed

As everyone knows I read the reviews for this hotel before arriving, the reviews are very average so I was a little apprehensive however I didn't need to worry the hotel is large it's clean the staff are very friendly in all departments also if you're not sure about anything the staff are approachable

Like it's been mentioned on previous reviews the food is fine not very different variety as is the way in most all-inclusive hotels however I felt the food was fresh, plentiful and enough to feed an army

The location is very pretty the room I had is a sea view room the room is very large comfortable Ann's clean
Granted that the Hotel decor is a little tired but it does not impede on your holiday the facilities in the hotel are very good as well Plant City today for adults and children swimming pools are large some are heated and there is always a good amount of sun loungers. The all-inclusive offers a good variety of food, drink and entertainment

In my opinion this is a very good hotel for couples and families alike I would personally highly recommend Hotel Beatriz player and Spa.

There are a good number of shops restaurants and bars 5 minutes from the hotel

I don't think that this hotel gets enough credit for what it does personally I would trust that as a 4 and a half to five star hotel

Lift safety switches not working, spouse got hurt about 8 times by different lifts doors closing to early, last time not only bruised her again but give her a deep cut to her arm. No assistance offered by staff at reception not there fault. In dinning room spilt food not cleaned up my adult son slipped on it twice in one day staff not interested not even at reception. Having gone to this hotel for over 20 years its standards have have diminished from 4 star originally to less than 1 star now. Standard of rooms have gone back so much I would say it is more like a back packers hotel, not that I have used one. Food in restaurants have been stripped back to basic stands and yesterdays left overs are todays stews. Restaurant entrance standards have gone back, used to be shirt and trousers for men no jeans etc now you can go in half naked in shorts for evening meal and it’s okay. Staff in both restaurants and reception are more interested talking to each other and having a laugh rather than assisting guests. With current standards I can for see in a couple of years holiday companies will drop this hotel. I am not exaggerating, as we have here over the past 20 years at least twice a year, our details are on there system for verification. Do not go you will have wasted you money.

The thing is im poor at decorating idea but i wanted to surprise my wife after long time with amazing interior design. i looked and found BeTriz.com's design are best for me. Now my house interior is being such unique and can't wait more to surprise my wife. Thanks
