I was extremely pleased with the way my problem was dealt with by India from Customer services. From the start she was knowledgeable, helpful, polite and understanding and solved the issue that we had with a toaster being faulty. I would recommend their Customer Service staff highly.

Customer Support is amazing

Despite the original waffle maker being discontinued, the representative quickly offered a practical and generous alternative solution.

I was positively surprise by the speed of resolution demonstrating Cuisinart’s excellent, customer-centric approach. It clearly appears that they stand behind their products and are willing to invest in generous solutions to maintain customer satisfaction and goodwill, turning a potential inconvenience into a highly positive experience.

Customer service was outstanding

Customer service was absolutely brilliant. I purchased a double drawer air fryer through Amazon around 9 months ago, and recently one of the drawers started showing as “out” even when it was properly inserted.

I contacted customer service on Monday and within a few minutes on the phone, everything was arranged quickly and efficiently. By Tuesday, a driver came to collect the faulty unit, and exactly one week later (the following Tuesday), I received a brand new replacement air fryer.

The whole process was smooth, fast, and completely hassle-free. I was very pleased and genuinely impressed with how well everything was handled.

It’s rare to experience such efficient and helpful support these days, really happy with both the product and the excellent customer service.

No customer service just advertising

The one star given was for the actual product when it worked. When it didn't I contacted cuisinart to see if they could replace the power supply under the warranty. I didn't even get a reply but I did get regular emails from them advertising their products. Customer service is absolutely ridiculous and none existent. I would avoid and encourage others not to purchase thier products if you expect them to last and want to use your warranty.

Exemplary customer service . After my Cuisinart toaster loading mechanism failed , Customer Services responded within 24 hours & having received the information requested authorised a replacement within another 24 hours . Impressive 👍.

Had a boiling fault on our kettle.

Had a boiling fault on a kettle, its was tripping out and not boiling.
I contacted the Customer support team, expecting to take a while to resolve. It was so much easier that I expected. They asked for the serial number, which I sent. Next email back on the same day was confirming they will be replacing the unit. Only 18month old, I was asked to pick any new unit as they no longer made my model. I did and they confirmed back it was being shipped. It was so easy and they are so helpful.
I have been a Cuisinart customer for many years and this experience will keep me as a customer into the future. Thank you so much, great experience.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. Bought a kettle in November 2014 and it went wrong. One phone call and 2 emails one was to choose the replacement and a new kettle is on its way. A pleasure to deal with.

Broke down just out of warranty

Bought Cuisine Art food processor in February of last year. From online retailer R E Dawson Ltd, So I've had it 13 months. The motor has now gone. Unfortunately it's just out of warranty. Its only ever been used for chopping + pureeing veg, so its certainly not had heavy usage. While it worked it was very good. But to break down in such a short time, well safe to say i am not impressed 😑.

Excellent Customer Support

Customer service as bad as their appliances

Sadly, the customer service is as bad as the appliances they sell. I bought an ice cream maker (ICE150) from Amazon, and during every single use, the item made an incredible amount of noise. Instead of returning it straight to Amazon, I tried to contact support, but I was ignored. I have since returned the item to Amazon as I still haven't heard back. I cannot recommend this company; their service is just as poor as their products.

Update: Despite Cuisineart saying there was a reply, there was none. Avoid!

This is the best customer service I have had in years I dealt with a lady called Jeanette she was helpful I asked about a Replacement plates they was sent promptly you just could not ask for a better service I thank them so much for the service I hope the have a reward for their employees because I would give this lady employee of the month
