I will never order from this place again..
Ordered 3 different lens issue with one, emailed customer service about it, have not heard a word...

I received a package inI received a package in the mail with no contacts in the contact case and two vials of liquid with no instructions on how to use even if I had the lenses I want to return address label sent to me via email so I can print it out and return this and get a refund ASAP

Their customer service is great. Product is good quality no complaints. I'll continue to order from BeaColors.

I thought it was to good to be true that colored contacts would be so reasonably priced but here we are. The contacts are of great quality. So fun to wear. My friends asked where I got them. Cant wait to get my next Pair...

I haven't received my order what do ever. I order 8 pair multiples of the same colors but I'm being told through email I only ordered 3 pair of contacts. Then why was I charged for all of them. I also never received a tracking number either

Got my order today and tried them in and honestly couldn’t tell I was wearing them as they were so comfortable. I loved the color, looked so real, very impressed and just bought 3 more pair.

Really good contact lenses with awesome prices! Easy to use! All my friends liked so much because they said my eyes looks really spooky!

I ordered 3 pairs of colored contact lenses. All three pairs arrived in a reasonable amount of time (about 2 weeks). Two of the pairs were fine and one pair was just too opaque to see through clearly. Overall, I am satisfied.

I had a good experience with this company. Order got here pretty fast. The lenses were easy to insert and the color was spot on. They were super comfortable to wear. After my great order, I bought 5 more pairs. Check out this company!!!??

If it looks too good to be true, it probably is!
Their prices are half of what I normally pay for colored contacts, so I was leery.
Also, their 5 star reviews all seem like they were written by bots. I won’t buy from any company that uses bots to create great reviews.

I ordered 12 pair, half were from US warehouse. I got the US order in literally 3 days. The other half took 5 days. Tracking was spot on the entire time and I got everything I ordered. I was skeptical because of the bad reviews I read but it was an amazing experience. They were all beautiful except one pair, light brown and my eyes are too dark for them so they didn't work but the rest of them were awesome!! Very happy with the whole experience. I made my 2nd order yesterday and they have been shipped already. Will definitely be my go-to for my contacts from now on!!

The contact came and looked stretched and on in some places missing the color. I can’t wear these.

Comfortable beautiful colors, even a glitter contact lenses. There is a trick to ordering though. If you order more than 3 pair you must pay 11 dollars shipping, so order 3 at a time. I WILL RECCOMEND TO MY FOLLOWING AND RELATIVES.

I ordered bout six weeks ago, and I can't track them and no one knows where my order is....can I recieve my money back or my order please....Kia Wimbley

I ordered 3 pairs of contacts and I received my order within 1 week. I was actually quite surprised when I actually recieved the order I had placed. I got everything I ordered plus eye cases. I definitely recommend this place to everyone and I will most definitely be ordering from there again!!!

I ordered 6 pairs approx back in the fall 2022. The eye holes in the contacts were off and I ordered exactly the same dimensions and curve as my rx brand my box from air optix has printed. I contacted customer service because the pupil holes were off and I looked cross eyed. Not only that the contacts were not the curve they claimed because they were moving on my eyes. After several attempts and finally getting a response I sent them pictures on my regular contact boxes. Pics of me with the contacts in ands then pics of them in the saline along with their labels from the boxes so they could see. Took over a week of back and forth emails & then the final e-mail they told me it was after my warrantee period even though I contacted them within a week of receiving and that was the end of the convo. Of I could give this company zero stars I would. What a waste of $100+

I'm wasting my time your time for what? I clearly paid for my items and believe me I'm getting tired of being told it was put in a mailbox no one seems to know any thing about it please just resend my order or my money. I'm really sad over this delay and not getting anything but a run around call here call there I did no reply but yet they have my money????

Excellent customer service. I initially had an issue with my order, but they promptly responded to my claim and reshipped the items to me.
