I ordered the crab meat (6 lbs of it) and it was awesome - had it as a topper for the steaks and on a salad - and still have 4 lbs left!! Great product and quality!

I liked that dungeness crab meat was available, but i didn't like that the site kept taking one of the packages OUT of my basket, limiting me to only one order.

Poor service
I am extremely disappointed with the service I received. Twenty minutes after placing my order, I sent an email requesting to change the delivery date from September 5th to September 19th. Despite sending this request more than two weeks before the original delivery date, the change was never made. This lack of communication and attention to my request was very frustrating. #2 My neighbour just came home rang my door bell and said the pckage was on her doorstep. Really frozen product and you can't deliver to the right address and I left a tip for this service

Everytime I order any product it is exceptional! Fresh, well packaged and lasts as long as I want it to in the freezer until I’m ready to eat it. My favourite is the premium sashimi box. Makes great, affordable poke bowls at home!

Fish is good quality

When I saw that halibut and lingcod were back we put in a big order, it arrived in a styrofoam coffin, nicely frozen. Then Coho came back so we placed another large order that we are looking forward to receiving. The excellent quality of the seafood and high level of personalized service keeps us coming back.

We placed a deposit for two wild spring salmon for pickup on Friday, August 21. We drove all the way to Delta specifically because we understood our order was secured. Unfortunately, that was not remotely the experience we had.

When we arrived for pickup, we were told that someone had purchased 10 spring salmon from them on Wednesday, and apparently our order was no longer available. The most frustrating part is that we were never contacted or notified in advance that there was an inventory issue. We only found out after making the trip to pick up an order for which they had already accepted our deposit.

Rather than offering any meaningful apology or taking any responsibility, we were rudely told to take coho salmon instead, which we were told would be the same price. The fish offered had obvious damage on the body, including a missing eye—quite literally bottom-of-the-barrel product compared to what we had ordered. This was hardly an appropriate replacement for the wild spring salmon we originally wanted.

Mistakes with inventory can happen, but what is unacceptable is accepting a deposit, failing to communicate that the order cannot be fulfilled, and then expecting the customer to simply accept an inferior substitute after driving a considerable distance.

We were extremely disappointed by both the product and, more importantly, the lack of customer service, accountability and professionalism. We expected much better from a seafood business specializing in local products. As much as we want to support a local business, based on this experience despite ordering here since pre-Covid, we will not be returning and cannot recommend this business. 0/5 stars.

Quality fish, easy order , fast delivery

I ordered the sablefish. The delivery is on time as promised. Fish are fresh and delicious.

Beautiful fresh sockeye salmon, just delicious!

This was our first order. We arrived to pick it up at the designated time. I said to the man who was gutting salmon in the garage that we were there to pick up a Sampler Pack. He said, "I don't know what that is," and returned to what he was doing. I told him our order number, and he said he didn't know anything about it. I asked who did, and he said probably his wife who was at the dock. He said he was going down to the dock to get her, and to wait in our car. He took his time loading the salmon into the back of his pickup truck. In about 10 minutes his wife came back driving the pickup truck. I told her we had paid for a Sampler Pack, and she said she didn’t know what that was. Then she phoned someone who told her to give me the fish. I told her what was in the Sampler Pack, and she got the various types of fish out of different freezers and weighed them, all the time cursing and swearing. I probably could have told her anything and she would have given it to me. The order was not prepared, and the people who were supposed to give orders to the customers didn’t have a clue as to what to do. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. The only reason I gave two stars is that the fish is delicious and a good price. The transaction was totally bizarre.
