I purchased two premium products from BBQGuys—a Titan G300 Series 55” outdoor TV and a gas grill—and unfortunately my experience has been very disappointing.
The TV was purchased during a patio build and remained in its original packaging for about six months before installation. On Christmas Eve, when I powered it on for the first time, there was no power. I carefully removed it from the mount to check connections, and while handling it normally (no drops, no extreme temperatures), the screen cracked where I was holding it. I’ve handled and moved multiple TVs before without issue, including others in the same location, so this was surprising for a product marketed for outdoor durability.
When I contacted BBQGuys about warranty support, I was told the damage must have been caused by dropping the TV and that it would not be covered. This was not the case, and I was disappointed by the lack of willingness to investigate or stand behind a high-end product. I’m now left paying out of pocket to repair a TV I never got to use.
Additionally, the gas grill I purchased has a burner that does not ignite properly and must be lit manually each time, despite being brand new.
Overall, for the premium prices charged, I expected much better product reliability and customer support. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend BBQGuys.
I was looking for a specific grill cover
I was looking for a specific grill cover and found it on BBQGuys.com. I had usually ordered items from amazon but I no longer want to support Jeff Bezos. I needed it fast but I took a chance on BBQ Guys and It was shipped and delivered just as fast. For the same lower price! and no shipping! It arrived when promised. And I am extremely pleased. I will highly recommend BBQGuys.com.

Complete waste of money
Do not use this company. They have the worst customer service. They failed to send me an item on my order, and unfortunately on installation day it was passed the 30 days I had to do anything about it. I had to buy that separate piece and was charged for their mistake. Additionally, they sent me the wrong piece and delayed my entire project. If you care about your project and your money do not use the bbq guys.
A $6k order was laughed at!!!
Unprofessional. Inability to proved basic things. Ran by amateurs, who have no really talent in life, but just buy things and resale them. They won't even put together the equipment for an extra charge?!!!! LOL! What a joke! I guess $6k in one purchase is nothing to these people.
Delivery delay
Order was placed on 1/31. Email received on 2/2 that my order was shipped. No activity on that until 10 days later and now the ETA is 18 calendar days from an order that was supposed to be 5-10 days. This is impacting my project schedule.

I can not say enough good things about the service I received from Denise. I called to ask about an order, she called the manufacturer to get me and update then called me back as committed with an answer and resolution. The level of detail and commitment to excellence she had to me- the customer - was refreshing and appreciated. She went the extra mile!
You charged me for an item you didn’t have and couldn’t get.
You let me order, then charged my cc for it, despite not having it in stock and not being able to get it. But since I was concerned because it was a discontinued item, I called and was assured it was in stock. I waited two more days before you acknowledged that you did not have it and could not get it. Truly unethical business practice.
Assembly on the Navigator Series 3…
Assembly on the Navigator Series 3 pellet smoker was very simple. Took 2 hours to unpack and assemble the unit. Instructions were well illustrated.
Good solid table and chairs set et.
We feel we were treated fairly in ordering the table set. Assembly instructions were very minimal and not very clear on how to assemble the chairs. After some trial and error I did manage to assemble them correctly I suspect.
The table to did have a minor "ding" in the top right beside the fire pit burner.
Overall we are happy with the quality of the set. It is well made with good solid materials and should last for years if properly cared for.

Their "Our Price Match Guarantee" is…
Their "Our Price Match Guarantee" is all marketing and fluff. I found a Kamado Joe Big Joe III on sale from their competitor for 2399. They would not price match it OR do what they say that they would do in their policy which is "If the price is actually below our cost (plus shipping and handling), we'll offer the product to you at our cost (plus shipping and handling)." Nothing in their price match "Guarantee" states that Kamado Joe is excluded although that was what I was told by multiple representatives. The price match request came from an advertisement from one of their "Authorized online retailers". It is a marketing scam, and I would be VERY weary of buying from this company. If they are not honest on their website and website policies, I have no confidence that they will honestly do business and do right by a customer. I have asked for a manager to explain the decision of denying my price match on at least 4 different occasions. Each time, I was assured that a manager was looking into it and would call me back. Each time, no manager has attempted to call or even email. How would service be if I did purchase and something went wrong? I have ZERO confidence that this establishment would be helpful in any regard. Now, I have dealt with multiple sales people at BBQGuys through this experience and there is a male sales rep named Tyler (I believe) who was very nice. If Tyler (or Taylor not sure) was running the show or was a manager, I would have more confidence in this company and their ability to service the customer.
TLDR
They don't abide by their "Our Price Match Guarantee". If they sell you a bold faced lie on their website, wont let you talk to a manager, they'll probably sell you a bold faced lie as a product and leave you on a island when you have a problem.

I had one item damaged by shipping on one of my orders and the new one was shipped the same day, no questions or shipping costs charged.
As I contractor it is a needle in a haystack to find a distributor like BBQ GUYS.
