From initial contact with Lynn, to completion, BBH conveyancing team were great. Stuff was done quickly and processed We dealt mainly with Catherine. She was quick to respond and answer queries for tge sale of our house, even when dealing with an extremely obstructive solicitor from the purchasers. Competitive fees as well.

The communication all through the process was fantastic. My conveyancer Lesley answered my emails promptly and if necessary phoned me to explain tricky issues. I felt she and Lewis, who dealt with things when Lesley was on leave, were always looking after my interests. On completion day I received regular update calls and the final process was smooth and trouble free.

They got the job done
There were swings and roundabouts, but they were very professional in handling all issues. In the end, they sold my house in a reasonable amount of time. I'm happy with the outcome.
