I am writing a review about a company…YOGASTACK
I am writing a review about a company called YOGASTACK. This is a warning! I think they are a fraud!
Unknowingly and supposedly I subscribed to their business and 44.00 was taken out of my bank account. When contacting this YOGASTACK company they continued to avoid my concern and request for a refund. They would address me by... Hi Hoffman which is my last name and would not sign off with a rep name.
YOGASTACK... their evasiveness and unethical business practice with not following through and providing me with a subscription refund as requested demonstrated the distrustful and disreputable nature of their business. This business whomever they are and wherever they are from prioritizes business policy for profit rather than the respect for clients' well being and satisfaction. Shame on this company, Yogastack!
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY YOGAGSTACK! They use unprincipled business protocol with how they treat client matters in question.
Very upset and disappointed,

Only solution that worked
Recently had an issue with being charged for Shudder after cancelling a subscription. After trying customer service and tweeting them about 20 times, I decided why not try Better Business bureau. I actually got all my money back, which I had almost just accepted as lost. It was quite a simple process, though Shudder dragged it out. Overall I am really pleased and grateful to BBB
The BBB- a sorted history
This is just one example. I have exposed the BBB, time & time again. While they, themselves, are a red herring. Helping corporate America to scam consumers by posting undeserved A+ reviews, in spite of hundreds and in some cases, thousands of reviews and complaints. In about 1500 cases documented, where BBB has given an A+ rating, Attorneys General as well as several governmental regulatory agencies have taken action or initiated class actions, which have been filed against those very same A+ rated entities, even where fines and judgments were eventually realized and levied, and in some cases, criminal prosecutions. Do not trust the BBB. Once any entity objects to a review, it's removed, if they're a member of BBB. Evidence be damned. It is my belief that BBB ought to also share in liability for their well documented scam. Here is just one example. Note (if I was able to post a photo) my paste and copy review here, which matched my BBB review. They removed it, despite receipts and evidence of Invirox's wrong doing and defective product. Recently, I posted a review about the UPSIDE app as well. Conclusion: NEVER TRUST A BBB rating.
Don’t get fooled by the “BBB” name or…
Don’t get fooled by the “BBB” name or by the name “Bureau” or by the claim that they are a “nonprofit organization”
I was that fool that thought like this… I thought if I will pay them 600$ a year they will bring me more business and will help my business reputation
After 4 years I realized that this BBB joke is a marketing machine that is only about profit! After some time I decided to stop wasting money on BBB and guess what? They deleted 90% of my reviews which was all positive. They do it only if you stop paying them and that’s a fact because no way someone will keep paying them after they remove their valuable reviews.
BBB is a shame! And need to be exposed for their extortion tactics.
As a business owner I will make sure to educate anyone I will meet about the scam called “BBB”
Posers with an official sounding name
Nothing good to say - they literally do nothing. They are a glorified review site with an official-sounding name. They say they are investigating on your behalf, and when no one answers they say "Sorry, here are other people you can contact that can actually do something".
How do people keep falling for using them.
Terrible form of communication
Terrible form of communication, using BBB.org is absolutely horrible horrific... Trying to navigate that site . How to respond to messages? People at BBB are seriously messed up
Worst Experience with UPS and BetterAlt
My experience with UPS and BetterAlt has been terrible. They keep making false promises about delivery dates, and every day they delay without any valid reason. This is clear dishonesty and a complete lack of professionalism. Their actions show no respect for their customers, only wasting time and causing frustration.
I strongly advise against dealing with these companies due to their dishonesty, lack of transparency, and poor service.
A sham
The BBB gets paid by business' for a good rating and for them (the BBB) to NOT publish honest bad reveiws. The BBB is an irrelevant, useless, completely powerless mob that is only interested in getting money out of people.
A good example is a complaint I lodged with a californian branch of the BBB concerning GOOGLE and was completely ignored. I have sent them 4 emails and none have been responded to let alone dealt with. The BBB opitimises this countries attitudes - "money talks" and a "it's not what you know, but who you know" philosphy.
Had the pleasure of being connected…
Had the pleasure of being connected with a great customer service representative by a name of Valerie and she was extremely courteous and helpful in solving my dilemma. It would be great if all representatives were as good and insightful as she is.
Completely useless 👎
You submit a complaint and the company does nothing then marks it as unresolved… what a joke 👎
They do not allow facts being posted on…
They do not allow facts being posted on their website the same as Wikipedia. The two organizations are racists.
They do not do anything, lazy or incompetent
They do not do anything. I am a victim of a 27,000.00 elaborate used car scam in Upstate, NY, and I lost my original 2018 Honda Fit trade-in with no lien and I also permanently lost my NYS Drivers License due to the scam as SFCU put Texas insurance on the 2019 Nissan, and NY DMV did not accept the insurance. I lost the 2019 Nissan Versa, a great car from the Ford dealership. The scam involves two banks (SFCU, and Community Bank, NA) and two car dealerships Nissan and Royal Auto of Oneonta, NY). I live in a rural area, and I am a senior. The BBB does nothing about it, just refers me to other agencies that do nothing--NYS Attorney General's Office (Binghamton, NY); Consumer Affairs Protection Bureau, NCUA--none of them do anything and refer me to a different agency. The NYS Consumer Affairs Division does nothing either but refers me to another do-nothing agency. I sense that the consumer affairs departments are all lazy, racist, or incompetent. I spent a lot of time putting all the documents together, and they do not do anything.
Last year, the BBB helped me with receiving a refund from a company. This year, they do not seem to do anything.
I wish they would add their own review…
I wish they would add their own review to their website because it is a huge scam company!
Needs a new name…
The worst to have such a name, when in actuality just a place your grieviness and if the business is not bbb they just blow you off.Thats why I tell business that say they are part of bbb doesn't mean anything to me
They once were an awesome resource but…
They once were an awesome resource but it seems they lost their passion somewhere along the way. They need a makeover and new management.
Absolute scammers of the worst order
Absolute scammers of the worst order. They fleece small business for money and then pretend to provide honest reviews when they're actually just extortionists.
A reliable resource for confident decisions
I recently used the Better Business Bureau's resources to check out a company before making a purchase, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Their detailed business reviews and customer feedback were incredibly helpful and gave me the confidence I needed to move forward. The process was straightforward and reassuring, and I felt well-informed throughout. I will definitely turn to the BBB again for future decisions.
BBB - Another "Arm" to Collect Info on Americans
I went to the BBB website to find out about a collection agency that called me. I will enter another complaint about that.
I was going to file a complaint with the BBB.
Following are the two sets of questions that are asked with responses.
THE FIRST SET OF QUESTIONS:
Is this complaint solely about buyer's remorse (you regret spending money on the product or service)?
Is your complaint based solely on a price that was higher than prices charged by others?
Are you solely seeking an apology from the business?
Are you filing this complaint for BBB information only?
Is your complaint solely about discrimination or civil rights violations?
Yes, to ANY of the above questions
No, to ALL of the above questions
THE SECOND SET OF QUESTIONS:
Is this an employee/employer complaint?
Yes No
Does your complaint seek a criminal penalty?
Yes No
Has this complaint been filed in court?
Yes No
Are you a business attempting to collect money from another business?
Yes No
Do you "see" what these questions are really asking from you?
I called the BBB and I spoke to a young man. He said that all questions must be answered NO or it was not qualified as a complaint by the BBB.
Now, do you "see" what these questions are really asking you?
If you do "see" the real questions, I know you will never go anywhere near the BBB.
If you DO NOT "see" the real questions, then have an attorney "see" them for you and for your own well-being, do not go near the BBB unless you completely understand.
Worthless Company
First off I talked to someone there on the phone who was absolutely amazing. She said you did all the work for us- which I did she gave me the best advice on how to share it with the company to make a difference... after that I couldn’t get a hold of any one competent to communicate with.
All I expected was for the BBB to do their job and protect consumers – which they refused to do. I worked with a contractor who has stolen from so many customers over and over again. And often destroying his customers property and runs away. The latest time he was kicked off thumbtack the problem is he keeps re-incorporated with a new name. I found 8 company names address and bad reviews for all. His current business partner is in jail. I wanted to protect other consumers and share all the data I have collected. The BBB only refused to even have a competent conversation about this with me instead I was blown off with incoherent crap. It’s just pathetic and a disgusting business practice to outsource everything to people who can’t comprehended anything more than a bot can. BBB is part of the problem. They are not here to protect consumers they are here to just make money not help.
Joke
First off, they sell the public a lie, as they say they do lots of research into companies. I had to tell them my basic business info (basically what google asked me for my biz profile) and give them money. never have they check in on me personally not to say they dont look at reviews... maybe... Reason im leaving this is when it was time to update my card info with them (i remembered about the subscription) they called me and said your card has expired we need a new one. I said no thanks i do not want your "services??...". they said ok and that was that. that happened in May. june comes around and they contact me via email talking about my account and how i need to update my card. so i think its them just trying to get me signed back up as it didnt look or sound like an invoice ( no bill or numbers). this month ive been getting a bunch of private numbers trying to call me. i dont pick them up ever. they finally left a voice mail today saying they are going to send me to collections unless i pay them. apparently they didnt get my first request to cancel and received only one mid month last month (the email). and they have a 30day cancellation but can still charge me even treating collections?... The BBB is the one the BBB should be looking out for the crooks. I was with them 4 years and they did absolutely nothing for me but make me poorer. Happy to take your money even when you dont want their "service". not sure what the "service " they provide other than lying to the public for you. I wouldn't recommend them if they paid me.
