this company fraudulently asked for fees and for activation of the card however, they told me I had 30 days waiting. I’ve waited for 30 days and still not have received my refund the phone numbers that they have or invalid numbers you cannot reach anyone upon calling how do I go about getting my refund or possibly shutting this company down?

This review to warn consumers about deceptive protection plan practices and bad-faith dispute handling by Boost Mobile (DISH Wireless L.L.C.) and its third-party administrator, Likewize Device Protection, LLC. Over a 29-month period, I paid $3,071.00 ($63/month) for a "Boost Protect with AppleCare Services" under the explicit promise of Apple-certified OEM replacement hardware and active AppleCare coverage. When I needed replacement equipment, Boost Mobile Mar 18 2024, supplied hardware containing non-genuine "Unknown Parts" that failed official Apple system diagnostics (#20000113277205), making the phone completely ineligible for official AppleCare service.

Corporate Escalation & Ledger Manipulation: Administrator Likewize subsequently admitted in writing on the dispute record that the hardware failed Apple eligibility requirements through no fault of mine and agreed to a zero-cost replacement. However, Boost Mobile refuses to issue financial restitution for the $3,071.00 in insurance premiums collected under deceptive pretenses.

When I filed informal complaints, Boost Corporate Escalation Managers applied unauthorized, pre-dated billing credits to my cellular line without my consent. Boost Corporate then submitted these retroactive credits to external mediation channels—specifically BBB Great West + Pacific—to misrepresent that my hardware fraud claim was "Resolved." Breakdown of Mediation Assistance:

The assigned handler at BBB Great West + Pacific closed my file without verifying the primary technical evidence or accounting for Likewize’s written admission. Instead, they permitted Boost Mobile to use backend account edits to force an non consented case closure, despite my explicit written rejections and despite a parallel office (BBB Serving Central Texas) recognizing the validity of the corporate claim under DISH Wireless jurisdiction.

My order was horrible and broken. Nothing is explained on how to use this product and I'm sure it is a scam. No where does it give me an option for a return label. Extremely disappointed and I want a refund. The ad is a joke!

Useless! When I went on line to file a complaint they would not take it and said I had already filed a complaint but I had not! Their website is hacked, Horrible organization.

it does not work a all , just a gimmick ; I try to return it but have to pay the shipping costs from Spain to UK. I sent them a video showing it does NOT work at all; worse, it leaves metal particles from the brushes; so you better clean your grills after trying this gimmick as it is unhealthy to eat metal particles

I have contacted BBB several times for issues dealing with property and home warranty company. They are very helpful as once the complaint is filed, the business has 48 hours to respond to the complaint or they could receive a negative report from the BBB. I have had great results from working with the BBB and my issues were solved favorably.

Web Advisor Windows and Norton company is operating illegally by constantly sending me emails trying to force me to become a customer since 2024.The crazy I was never a customer with Norton company. I called a number of times in 2024 and 2025 office telling them to remove my account. I am not a customer. They had responded no one here is a scammer. Pop ups on my computer had appeared sometimes on my computer saying that your computer has a virus. I would call the number and tell them to stop. This is a mistake. Do not pay then they can get your credit card information and steal your money. What I decided to accomplish when Web Advisor and Norton had hacked my computer on July 26, 2026 around 11:00Pm Sunday. . I could not get online with constant pop ups saying I have 5 virus and say pay.
I filled a report with Report Fraud tc.gov. They will not handle your case, but the crimes are reported to the 3 FBI files with the company's that we reported for fraud. Staff from Report Fraud will send you a email conferring this information..
The fraud department said run a scan and virus check. The system will ultimately delete anything that is a problem. Then change your password. Update your computers security software . In the settings box click on your computer. Turn of the notifications on the settings . Finally, if you think that your computer has been hacked research every company and get a computer person you trust that will delete the pop ups. Pray to the Lord in heaven to restore your access. I am going to for now on regularly do scan virus checks and check my security at least 2 to three times a month. A few time s a year take computer classes
on computer safety.

Initially, I believed Heritage Ford in Corydon, Indiana was an honest and reputable dealership. Unfortunately, my experience after purchasing my used vehicle was very disappointing.

Within two weeks of owning the vehicle, I discovered several significant issues that either were not disclosed or should have been identified during an inspection. These included multiple exterior lights that were not functioning, an air conditioning system with a leaking compressor and hose that did not cool properly, and brakes that needed replacement much sooner than expected. While I understand the vehicle was sold “as is,” I believe basic safety-related concerns should have been addressed or clearly communicated before the sale.

What disappointed me most was the lack of customer service after the purchase. When I contacted the salesperson and dealership management to discuss these concerns and ask if they would help resolve any of the issues, my calls and text messages were largely ignored. Rather than working toward a reasonable solution, I was repeatedly told that the vehicle was sold “as is,” and no responsibility was accepted.

My experience left me questioning the dealership’s commitment to customer service, honesty, and integrity. I strongly encourage anyone considering purchasing a used vehicle here to have an independent mechanic perform a thorough pre-purchase inspection and to carefully read every document before signing. Doing so could save you from unexpected and costly repairs shortly after your purchase.

Don't trust any company with an A+ Rating with the BBB. That is a fake rating as it has to be purchased and not earned. BBB is a complete scam.

Protects fraudulent businesses like uniuni and claims they resolve complaints, but if you read them, nothing is resolved in any answer. BBB is no longer a trusted source of business quality. A business that lacks excellence, also lacks the ability to asses excellence.

If I could give the Better Business Bureau 1/2 of a star I would. Once upon a time I thought so highly of the BBB. I really felt like they were in place to help the CUSTOMER; But my opinion of them has drastically changed in recent years. They no longer "fight" for the everyday consumer. They seem like they support the business no matter what. I have filed complaints with physical proof, email exchanges etc. only to be told The BUSINESS has said blah blah so there's nothing more we can do. They are TOTALLY USELESS. Time to start using other resources that actually are in place to help the consumer.

The BBB used to be relevant but their buisness model is no longer useful. A company should not be rated A+ when their customer reviews are consistently below 2 stars. The BBB doesn't do their due diligence in giving A+ rating which can lead to false trust and bad customer experiences. The BBB hasn't evolved and are basically irrelevant in today's market. They don't understand this obviously. They are the last resource I would use to gather information on a business now.

Incompetent branch protecting corporate fraud!The BBB office in Silicon Valley (Complaint ID 24865607) completely failed to protect me as a consumer. They incompetently closed my case just because Swagbucks (Prodege, LLC) reactivated my account. They completely ignored the main issue: the account was returned totally empty, and Swagbucks is still stealing my 30,930 SB reward (300€). The account ban was just a consequence of them cutting me off from communication in May. I provided clear screenshots of their broken 404 system and total communication failure on Wednesday, but the BBB inspector blindly protected a corrupt business. Complete failure of the system.

Don't be fooled by the blue seal; it is a trademarked marketing tool, not a consumer watchdog. Consumer's have to protect themselves.

Totally worthless. File a complaint and in a month's time they just close it. They are worse than a scam. They charge companies to get a good to excellent rating and customers are NEVER helped. Someone should get rid of this dishonest company.
